I would think the ECW Originals. That said, When you have guys like John Cena/Randy Orton winning the WWE Title and World Heavyweight Title time and time again, when many more guys in the back are more entertaining or more talented than them, does it really mean more than the ECW Title?

Everyone who's been ECW Champion is someone who's deserved a World Title, and they've usually been way better than the WWE/World Heavyweight Champion.
