Hey you should really try out a band called Fool-X-trio. It's a jazz band from Poland and they have awsome lead guitarist with a double-neck guitar. They are really guitar-based jazz band.

Mike Stern is amazing, but not really in this style. Check out some Bebop guitar players, or gypsy style. For example Andreas Öberg videos...
