you should use scene cutting a bit more, its not pacy enough. If you don't know how to do this buy post production and put the movie in their to add stuff then use the cut scene thing

I think they have dropped the whole line. So another pack won't be coming. But there are tons of scenery, costumes, cars, etc. available through fan sites. Stuff that people create and you can slip into the game interface. I have used some and found they work no problem.

I haven't played the game in a while, but if I remember correctly on the main menu where you edit the movie there should be an option that allows you to export the movie. You can choose Low Medium or High quality. I used low quality for my Youtube videos.

This game is very hard to find now. Especially the Expansion. I thought they made it on PS2 and the Original XBOX also, but hey didn't. Why didn't they make more? This game is hella tight! I got both original and Expansion.

My guess is you have to have either an animating gif file and import it into the game, or, maybe an mp4 or something does the work. I dunno I havn't played the game, but maybe those are the ones. Good luck.

Not when you're in the future. Getting new things usually stop around the year 2000, maybe before. I got the destroyed city set by winning awards in the story mode.
