  • ההבדל היחיד בינם לבנינו,שאנחנו מתחשבים בכולם ובונים לגובה,בניינים לשישים-שמונים מישפחות.

    אצלהם כל שטח-זה רק למישפחה אחת.ככה בעוד מספר שנים לא תישאר קרקע בכלל.

    שיבנו לגובה ולא תהיה להם בעיה עם אישורים.
