@haleyprb Wow can i meet you in real life, it is beyond hard to find a girl who can actually spin and im not talking do a single spin and claim you can spin. My hat off to you ma'am, gals like you are hard to find outside of youtube. Also they probably have all guys because no girl in their school wanted to do this. I have to fight the girls in my battalion to convience them to let me throw a rifle over their head let alone make them spin one.

Look at :40, here you see differences in the way the weapons are held (esp. right arms) and also on which foot the Drillers place their weight (here, left foot would look best).

Alignment and spacing need work. Step style varies throughout the team. Look at the sequence around 2:49, notice how the weapons are not stopped uniformly.

There are some effective drill moments although the team stays in flight formation a majority of the time.

The team commander adds nothing to the performance. Movements were not programmed in for him to join the team. I suggest reconsidering this approach.

Man the bearing on these guys is a bit not so good. I'm not on here to flame on the drill. It was going good till that dropped rifle. A few things killed them though. Dress. Bearing. Watching the rifle. Overall good drill.
