Aww. My Eskie lived for 16 years, too! She was such a sweetie. I miss her so. She died on Christmas, and I will never forget her.

I'm very sorry to hear that! .we a have 7-yr-old Eskie named que short for queball. I don't know what i would do with out him . Is kidney failure comen in the breed.

my 16 year old eskie had to be put to sleep last week due to kidney failure =[

we miss her like crazy, but after some time we are definatly getting another eskie!

I'm very sorry to hear that! They are very beautiful dogs indeed, but my favorite breed of all is the Golden Retriever... Again my condolences on the loss of your dog

I'm very sorry to hear that. We also lost our 16-yr-old Eskie in February due to the same thing. It seemed to come on suddenly in the last few weeks of her life. She was OK otherwise except she stopped eating.

You people are wonderful!!!!!! Thank you for caring! We rescued a Shepherd and we have an American Eskimo. Our other Eskie died last summer...ripped my heart out! God I miss her!!!! We have 3 dogs and 3 cats and a horse.
