  • I saw you on Steve P's You Tube videos as well and I find it fascinating that you are doing You Tube Videos on colonics as well..

  • would you reccomend an open or closed colonic?

  • THANK YOU, for this video. Honestly.

  • I have a strange question. If someone drinks a smoothie with fruit and greens, and get severe diarrhea, what could that be from? Or, if someone goes on a juice fast where they are drinking apple cider, and getting the same thing?

  • Your camera is shaky lol.

  • Do NOT do colonics while breastfeeding! it caused my milk to dry up. Stick to enemas if nursing.

  • I have been giving my girlfriend an enema before anal expression with me since she was 18. It has kept her a beautiful girl and she will be 20 next month

  • This is just your opinion. As long as we're on the subject of colonics and enemas.....opinions are like assholes, everybody has one.

    I'm just sayin' :o)

  • i would sex u up all day

  • Enemas were first recommended to me when I read a book on how to heal psoriasis naturally. It was suggested to maintain at least a 50% raw food diet and do enemas on a weekly basis It really helped to detoxify. I have only done a colonic once, but it was very cleansing. There is the Hippocrates theory to include wheatgrass juice in a colonic or enema water, so that the nutrients in the colon are not depleted.

  • i dont care what anyone says, i LIKE her. shes smart, passionate and dedicated. she looks healthy and very vibrant to me.... her skin and hair are beautiful and she just 'glows' cept for the under eye circles....iv noticed alot of vegans a raw foodies get those... havnt noticed it in veggies though, even lacto ones

    ...wonder why..

  • @hotwingiez 'Cuz they're up all night making videos?

  • I have been taking daily enemas for over 40yrs and never had any side affects.

  • This is the first video of yours I have watched where I agree with you. However, it is pronounced "Gerson" NOT Gerston.

  • Best to use Beetroot Juice...

  • what about the good bacteria.. I know kefir bacteria are transient flora.. they pass and can not stay.. What if you miss bacteria pernament through colonics..?? probiotics can also not kolonise pernament as the flora from your birth...the resident flora

  • I really agree with your no nonsense approach to colonics. I embarked upon a semi-fast a month ago and purposely did a one meal a day approach with juice the rest of the day to ease into a detox/cleansing. I am about 80-90 percent raw at this point with no solids during the day. So, after a month of this I feel ready to ease into a total juice fast for a week or more... Also, I had a few people tell me that I "had" to do colonics with this cleanse. I chose not to and feel great.

  • Thanks Natasha! This is great info. I really respect what you have to say here. makes a lot of sense. side note: You Look FABULOUS Darling! lol. Hope you're doing well :)

  • You are a reflection of health! So It seems this is really working for you! You know what you are talking about!

  • Another person to give their opinion. Hold your head high and let it out! God Blass!!!

  • i am addicted to hydro colon therapy, what tips could you give me?

i spend 2000 dollars a month on colonics

    plz help

  • You are a really beautiful person :)

  • You have an amazing engergy about you. I really like your videos. Thanks

  • Thank you for all you do to help us.

You are very easy to understand and very inspiring.

    Bless you

  • What do you recommend if you are addicted to these things already (i.e laxatives/enemas)?

  • @KafkameetsPlath

    rofl?

  • do you recommend a colonic to a beginning raw foodist? maybe one after the first month of a 100% raw food diet? i read an opinion this will help with the big detox after going raw.

  • Very well said! Thanks so much for the info ;-)

  • Hi Natasha,

If I cleanse/detoxify and I do not experience any of the negative side effects does it mean that I am not toxic? That my body is clean? If it is the case then would it mean that I do not have to detoxify again? (nothing to detoxify from)

Are there any reliable ways/tests to determine the level of toxins/heavy metals in our body?

    Thank you

I am going to check your website.

  • I just visited your website and its great to find a site that supports natural healing. Our society just breeds on disease and medication. I dont believe in the FDA or anything from the drug industry- they're profiting from illnesses why the hell are they looking to cure them

  • I have had both colonics and enemas. My preference is an enema because they seem to clean me out better..I would have probably three enemas. I find colonics take a lot more time and involve much more travel for me. Also I have had a series of them (twice a week) and I was not pooping between colonics. Another reason for an enema is to give me a break from laxatives...I have a medical condition that causes bowel problems.

  • as far as the built 'crust' or 'plaque' etc. is concerned all of that is nonsense. medical doctors are against colonics and they only prescribe anaema during a serious case of consptipation or before colonoscopy

  • @screenflicker1

tell that to all the shit that comes out of your ass during a colonic, lol.

  • Jess, I won't need a colonic because I eat a very fibrous diet that consists of fruits and vegetables. As far as shit coming out during a colonic, you can't expect anything else to come out that there but shit. In order for shit to come out, you don't need colonic is all my point is.

  • buuuuuut, not ALL of your poop necessarily comes out when you have a bowel movement.

Your colon is a winding tunnel. It doesn't make sense to you that dense, not-easily-moveable-by-the-bowels matter might get stuck in one of the corners?

How about people who repeatedly experience pain or discomfort in one area of the lower abdomen and then after a colonic never have that pain again?

I don't mean to attack =P i'm just saying colonics do have their merits. Maybe not for everyone, but some.

  • first of all, thanks for respectful discussion. Our bodies are very efficient and have evolved to deal with fecal matter. doctors who work in the gastro intestinal field have repeatedly said that there is no evidence of plaque or crust formation in the intestines. I will copy a doctor's comment after this note

  • So why do I say that colon cleansing is unnecessary? The main reason is that the colon is a continuously self-cleaning system. Everyone knows that food goes in at the top of the GI tract and the leftover waste material quite naturally comes out the other end. What colon cleansing hucksters want you to believe, however, is that your colon is like a septic tank where waste is held until it is pumped out and that while it is being held it rots filling you with toxins and other noxious material.

  • @screenflicker1 I think it's just an excuse for people who want to put objects into their buttholes

  • Some want you to believe that waste material sticks to and encrusts the sides of the colon, which must essentially be Roto-Rootered to rid you of both waste and weight. But anyone who has actually studied how the GI tract works knows that this is just plain wrong, that material cant and doesnt build up over time and that the colon continuously cleans itself as food and waste move through and out of it.

  • For example, I used to be a pathologist and I personally performed over 1000 autopsies (and witnessed many thousands of others), which means that I got to look inside the intestines of many people, a lot of whom were healthy until they met with some tragic and untimely fatal event (I was a medical examiner specializing in forensic pathology).

  • I tend to agree with your response. Do you have any specific suggestions to read/look up online? Thanks!

  • So I know from first-hand experience that people are not loaded with toxic residue, not carrying excess pounds of colonic waste and not encrusted with caked-on stool thats hard to remove.

  • could you outline your upcoming juice fast in detail? I would like to do this along with you, thank you in advance !

  • Isn't "going not to the bathroom" normal when on a waterfast?

  • Thanks Natasha! Great info.

  • Great video!!! Do you think that an herbal laxative tea or salt water flush during a fast has the same effect as an enema as far as cleansing the colon?

  • THanks Natasha for addressing this. I never knew if i should do that or not .... you da best sista!!
