This probably doesn't work, although if you program a remote for the code 911 it will change the light. This can be illegal because its the signal that the emergency vehicles send out with there sirens. So I would look it up before you try this, it may differ in different states. Also I am not responsible for what you do with this knowledge.

If you want to change the light in your car, you need an omnicom. Flashing headlights do not work. An omnicom flashes a particular light pattern and also sends an inferred signal to a sensor on the top.
