Localization will NEVER happen people. Do this:

Download the game or extract the ROM from the cartridge.

Patch it. There's fanmade menu translation patches online. Use Google.

Plot? Gamefaqs.

The rest of the menu and movesets? Trial and error then memorize.

If you REALLY like the game, put some effort into it.

@srwboi no it's not. Golion is very serious and involves the death of many innocents and yes, also "Sven". Voltron was a monster of the week fest for the kids. They use the same footage but the characterization and outcomes are different. It's a bit like Star Blazers and Space Battleship Yamato; though Star Blazers is still an awesome show in its own right despite the changes made.

Reading Mneidengard's story summary on Gamefaqs, It's a lamentable loss since the writing is actually quite amusing and manages to tie together several series in a way that is believable.

I'm sorry, but graphics capacity =/= adequate space for voice acting. Now I'll agree, Alpha and Alpha Gaiden are, on the whole, better than W. But the portable SRWs have come a long way from Advance, and this is CERTAINLY more than the Super Nintendo could have handled. W's biggest problem is the fact that it's going to look pixelated on a portable system like the DS.

Well...there WAS kinda something along those lines released years ago in Japan. A SRW spin-off known as "Super Hero Wars", which contained Kamen Rider, Kikiader, and also Himitsu Sentai Goranger and JAKQ Dengekitai, so yeah...it didn't have mecha though (since, well , neither Goranger nor JAKQ had mecha), but it's about the closest they've ever had to Sentai/PR being in an SRW game.

I don't know ANY Japanese and I was able to finish the game so =P

Sorry, but because of copyright issues, the SRW series would never be available outside of Japan. The only SRW series that would have that chance would be the OG series, since it uses original characters only.

The Shin Getter Robo animations seem like they're directly pulled from Alpha 2 and 3 (which shows how damn powerful this game is graphically). Since this is the first SRW DS game with probably a couple more to come, Banpresto is just getting started with what they can do with the system. I can totally imagine voice-acting later on in the series.
