  • HAPPY 51ST BIRTHDAY, SCOTT BAIO, AND THAT'S THE BOTTOM LINE!!!

  • Why on Earth was the special rated, "PG".?Were there cuss words said on it?

  • oh gosh the cunninghams are SO CUTE!

  • Great to see them all together one last time. What a fun show in a much simpler, more innocent time (television-wise).

  • Hello type in "Ron Howard Palace" listen to "opie" sing "Lady" and "Reason to Believe

  • one of my favourite shows, favourite families. used to fight with my brother at 8pm on tuesdays so I could watch Happy Days and Laverne & Shirley, he wanted to watch A-team. no video recorders back then,. I actually recordered HD episodes on my tape recorder to listen to over and over again.

  • Erin Moran has aged horribly =/

  • I remember in the 80s when everyone loved the 50s and NOBODY thought the 80s would be remembered fondly....the 80s were crap everybody said. Lesson: it's all BS

  • The complete very first episode is available on my channel. Check it out !

  • I should start watching the show:) I never got around to watch it but I will now!

  • 5:15 saturday ITV (uk) magic days they were.

  • marion is just so charming!

  • Happy Days was and still is an amazing show. I think it'd be cool if they made like a 2nd generation Happy Days. Since they didn't tell us anything about Richie & Lori Beth's kids or if Joanie & Chachi had kids or what happened with Fonzie's son. Since Happy Days was made in the 70s/80s & it was based on the 50s/60s, they should make a 2nd generation Happy Days with the kids of everyone based on, like the 80s/90s.

  • RIP Tom Bosley

  • Did you know that "The Fonz" actually never could ride a motorcyle! Kind of was like a smack in the face after hearing that one!!! Dont believe me see for yourself:

    /watch?v=K6om6cg8HN8

  • very gay , jajjajjajajajaj

  • I noticed that in 2010...there is sort of a nostalgia for the 1990s. I never thought I would live to see that.

  • i'm only 14 and i recently started watching these and i'm OBSESSED! lol i can't go a day without watching this! :) "sit on it!" :D

  • RIP Tom :(

  • Rest in peace Mr. C,

  • RIP Tom Bosley. He passed away this morning at the age of 83. :(

  • RIP Tom Bosley 1927-2010 . . . . The happy days are the best 70s show.

  • RIP Tom Bosley

    1927-2010

  • comb the hair...i've never noticed!!!!!!!!! he's a genius!

  • bellissimo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! : )

  • I need to find this special. I watched reruns of this show all the time when I was growing up...

  • kinda odd how gary marshall used to look like hitler

  • "What's a Fonzie?"

  • Remember when Suzie Quatro came in to do her You keep a Knockin? Anyone remember her TV name?

  • If there was a reunion movie to be done, it would be a continuation from where the series last left off. The plot is this: Richie and Ralph have finally been discharged from the military and are coming back to Milwaukee, where Richie goes into the film directing business. It would now be set in 1989 and Arnold's has wound up a breakdancing nightclub where Richie's 19-year-old breakdancing daughter often goes to after school. How about that for a plot?

  • LOL. What's a Fonzie?

  • Ron Howard has been giving us entertainment for 50 years!??

    Wow!

  • The final episode where Howard Cunningham was making a toast at his daughter's wedding, he talks about loving his two children. I guess he disowned Chuck.

  • I gave up on Happy Days during the 7th season when they burned down Arnolds. That's was the last piece of 50s nostalgia on the whole show.

  • im from mexico and i just star to watch this tv show like 5 months ago and i love it i love the oldies tv shows like these i feel like i was form that age.. and im 23 year old

  • yay 40th reuniun 2010

  • The greatest show of my time. They should be making shows like this today, better than the violence and sexualization of children,no wonder standards have dropped.

  • happy days was a good show fonzie is soooooooooooooooooooooo cool

  • He mentioned a brother in the pilot, but they never showed him. He also mentions the movie, "Summer of 42," I love that movie.

  • i think... they should at least try a new happy days remake show. kinda like how they did 90210 and melrose's place. with henry winkler as a more sagelike fonzie. not like the creepy old guy tryna pick up chicks but the values that he taught. maybe richie could retire back to his old neighborhood with his grandkids. or his kids could move there. and the grandkids could meet the fonz and he starts helpin them like he helped richie. idk... a young man's wish for the new generation i guess hahaha

  • @gerardo629 That's the worst idea I've ever heard.

  • @gerardo629 If they made a NEW Happy Days, they could set it in the 70's, when the original show was shot! Here's an idea...the new show could be about a group of sitcom writers producing a show about the 50's! Winkler could play Garry Marshall, and they could bring in guest stars who were in some of the old shows shot in the 70's.

  • Holy shit did Donny Most get old! He even played an old man alien on an episode of Star Trek Voyager!

That dude was second best on the show next to Fonzie! :D

  • "heyyyyyyyyyy"

  • Good old days

  • happy days was the best show ever :) FONZIE is the best

  • I totally agree Krazydog122 :) ..

  • Power House bars. Remember those?

  • I like the theme song.

  • Me, I liked it better when they used Bill Haley's Rock Around The Clock. Still a classic.

  • this is one of my favorite shows from the 70's:)

  • God, time races by like a runaway freight train.

  • alphabetica orderthats diffre thn wat th serieswas

  • one of my fav tv shows of all time

  • LOL... just noticed that the series was set in Milwaulkie (?), yet the mountains aren't hidden at all in the pilot background! But hey, loved that series as a kid!

  • With the early eps playing on a big HD screen, you can EASILY spot the PALM TREES in the Arnold's parking lot scenes in a few episodes!!! :)

  • @moonjumpr with this so called global warming im sure we will get palm trees here in wisconsin again ;-)

  • @firebirdhome Those aren't mountains. Those are sand dunes on Lake Michigan.

  • bello

  • Happy Days RULES!

  • 2:55 is HILARRIOUS!!!

  • mOOn jumper ROCKSS

  • enjoy it hx

  • heeeeeyyyy

  • 5:15 saturday on ITV in the UK it was a tradition it was the thing you watched after playing footie in the park.

  • i think fonzies office was the bathroom if i remember right

  • @TALLMATE73 Yes.

  • wow henry winkler looks great for his age right now!!! lol

  • Don't you just want to give Mrs C a bug old hug

  • Everyone looks older except scott. lol

  • HOW DID I MISS THAT!?

  • Great video clip. I LOVE the Happy Days reunion show.

  • Did he say George Lucas? the star wars createor?

  • ah man i cant belive i missed it!

  • o my goodness it brings back so many happy memories from then....

  • HD was Massive x 10 in Australia , fantastic show with great characters . From potsie and ralph to fonzie anf richie i love every minute then and now . Thank you to all from the bottom of my heart .

  • Blimey, a television in the 1950s? My parents didn't get one until 1965.

  • Lo máximo ¡¡¡

  • Lo máximo!!!!

  • ولعنة الله على كل اللي ينزلو مشاهد مخلة بالادب

  • One of the BEST shows of all time!!!!

  • stupid that they stopped showing this

  • does anyone have like the whole reunion?

  • I remember watching password plus one day...Postie..anson williams was on....the clue was washed up...and the clue he gave was ah..."me"...did I ever laugh.

  • where was that house located?

  • - all you think of is sex!

    - you too...

    - yes, do you think there's anything wrong with us?

    - Yeees! O.o

  • It's great to see this. I loved this show when I was a kid.

  • thanks for posting!!

  • Arnold was the 2nd coolest to bad he died

  • on ne peut oublier cette série !!!

    elle était absolument Géniale !!!!!!!

  • My favorite show of all time! They don't make'em like this anymore!

  • I know, I know...alphabetical order. But, STARRING SCOTT BAIO??!! Jesus Christ! LMAO

  • I couldn't watch this program cuz I don't live in the USA, but I heard there was no mention to Heather O'Rourke, who played little girl Heather Pfister in 10th season, is that right? If so, that's unfair, isn't it?

  • Henry Winkler and the cast was destroyed over learning of her death. I remember numerous interviews. With regard to Happy Days, and the "Happy Days" fans remembered, it was about the seasons with Richie, Fonzie, Ralph, Potsie, Joanie, Mr/Mrs C., etc. It wasn't insensitive. Roger, Ashley, Jennie - these were characters who held way more weight in the show, and THEY weren't mentioned. I thought the reunion hit it just right, bringing up the memories of HD we really loved with 2 hours of happiness

  • Well, I suppose something like that woulda happened, but those days (as far as I know The Fonz was one of Heather's pallbearers) but I thought today they shoulda overtaken Heather's sad passing & be able to talk of her, IMHO. Don't you agree?

  • It actually very well may have been discussed in the Arnold's sit-down session. If you've ever edited a program for network TV, you are left with literally hours of good footage, and then the painstaking process of cutting and cutting to fit it in the time alloted. I think simply not everything can be mentioned. Why are you so focused on that one particular aspect and not the (literally) 235 (!!!) episodes in which she did not appear?

  • I know there were tons of HD episodes, that were mentioned in that special too, but the fact of being one of the thousands (even millions) Heather's fans doesn't make me obsessed or anything worse.

  • Please post the complete show.

I watched the show religiously for its first 3

seasons from the ages off 14 to 17.

    Great memories.

  • One of the things that I love about Ron Howard was that he's living proof that you can go from being a successful child star to adult star without having any of the problems that has befallen so many others. IE Drugs, Alochol, The Law, Arrests, Prison and of course Death.

  • Henry was one of the pallbearers at Heather's funeral. They should've at least mentioned here, but then again they didn't mention any of the other lesser known characters (KC, Flip, Jenny, Tommy, etc)

  • @jafonet v That little girl died while on the operating table sadly many years ago

  • @jafonet

Unfair...Heather was in movies; Poltergeist, Poltergeist II & Part of III, then she had a Bowel Abstruction, went for an Operation, & sadly she died. In an episode, at the end... they paid tribute to Heather, in a very nice way.

Heather's parents wanted her to have Privacy, so not mentioning her, was owed to them,

being the Poltergeist Movies, gave Heather much fame, Heather had a right to Privacy, she was young

when she died, be kind she was a good actress.

  • As big as they say the show was, or as big as people think it was, it was BIGGER.

This was before the internet, before CABLE, when the three networks were more like home movie theaters or stages than just three of 500+ channels.

  • If Harold Gould had remained in that role, he wouldn't gotten to play Rhoda's father, which was a better role for him anyway.

  • Everything is alphabetical order because every shoe and movie shows according to the actor's last name.

  • That's why those wearing Nike's appeared in the middle of the order.

  • why is it starring scott baio??? it should be ron howard

  • on the reunion they did alphabetical order.

  • oh :D cause i was like "WTHECK?!?!?!" you know, i mean COME ONE ron howard :]] was the star :

  • im 28 years old 300 plus pounds and i weep like baby when richie almost dies

  • Cunninghamlingus! Word.

  • Stupendo!

  • They all aged pretty good.

  • Potsie aged the best.

  • Love the updated rolling musical credits.

  • Oh God, I HATED Spike. Chachi wasn't my favorite but he was good and better than Spike.

  • Chachi was better I agree with you, but Spike was only in one or two epsoides though. I thought Spike was good thoug

  • Spike can kick Chachi's ass

  • une des meilleurs series que les américains ont fait!!

j'adore cette serie et l'unique Fonzie!!

    Heeeeeey

  • That Christmas episode is so good, I wish it were standard viewing during the holidays. I thought Chachi was kind of likeable, but I know there is a big camp that feels as you do. I do think the scripts noticably went downhill when he entered in Season 5 (that's not his fault, of course).

  • Don Most kinda resemble Robin williams now.

  • Yeah, I can see that! In a way, I think he looks better middle-aged than as young Ralph Malph.

  • OMG your right

  • wow i dont speak espanol but....

¡pero usted debe coger de pero usted no puede leer esto!

  • I speak: español, english,

    portuguese, français, catalá..

    and in few weeks Italiano.

    what about you? ... LOOSER!!!!

    XD

  • How does that make him an asshole? He didn't say anything negative...

  • Well, gravity has a lot to do with it. At least, they didn't use botox or anything to make them look 20 years younger than their actual ages. Sure, Joanie didn't look like the same Joanie from the Happy Days years, but give her props...she didn't get a boob job or facelift...You change over the years...the only who looks the same is Scott Baio and good ol' Pat Morita. The only recent appearance with Al was the Wheezer video from 1994.

  • Sure I want it.

  • you want Scott Baios yahoo email?

  • precioso. felicitaciones y congratulaciones por este video. surprise por verla.

  • Congrats to you, man....

Anyway...About the Chuck character, he was written out because his traits were uninteresting....

  • Chuck was written out of the show

  • Can I go, please? I'm cute and normal, I promise. :)

  • And a genius conglomerate at that. Gary Marashall knew what to sell back then.....BTW, Scott Baio has a reality show now...

  • This is some pretty sick stuff. A reunion of a fake family from never, never land dug up from the TV graveyard, so a multi-national conglomerate can make some MORE money. Oh, great.

  • In the later seasons, there was an episode with two black friends..but this is the later seasons(1980-1981).

  • oh noes! i wanna see the end of this vid!

  • if you want to see the end of the happy days marathon let me know

  • the small clip of when Fonzie jumps off of a building with a motorcycle..that was also on Full House, where Jesse does the stunt (which guest stars Scott Baio).

  • funny how i never saw a black person in happy days

  • i did

  • That is pretty bogus, as I think Milwaukee was one of those northern migration cities, so it would have had a pretty good-sized black population in the 1950s. The only black character I remember for the whole series was a black mailman in the original "Love American Style" episode. He had a couple lines, but I don't think they gave him a name.

  • dont forget sticks

  • NotADood..

Their was an episode of Happy Days where Richies band had a black drummer, that went by the name "Stciks". Not sure which episode, but I remember it very well.

  • Yes - the ep was called "Fonzie's New Friend," and it's from the 3rd season (which is available on DVD). Sticks made one or two more appearances, then disappeared (maybe to wherever Chuck went...)

  • Yeah, maybe Stcks and Chuck are rockin in a band somewhere? Hahahaha... Thanx for the insight on the episode title. I'n now gonna do some research.

    :>)

  • Sticks went into porn.

  • and died of aids :(

  • was in new wave hookers and later sticks died of aids

  • The guy who played sticks went on to do porno in the 80s. I guess legit parts dried up for him

  • My boyfriend and I actually were AT the Happy Days house, in February. It's pretty neat to see these kinds of TV memories in person.

  • great show

  • The '50's.... didn't you watch this video?

  • I want a happy days dvd box or something.

  • There are two seasons currently released, on Region 1 - although as with many DVDs of TV shows, some of the music has been changed for copyright reasons.

  • We sing that in gaelic

  • Great show!!

  • Wheres "STICKS" the only Black Dude on the show?

  • The actor who played "Sticks" (John Anthony-Bailey), according to Wikipedia, went on to do adult movies. He died in 1994.

  • please upload episodes i need them instead of cheap anime and stupid knockoffs and videos that arent even related to wahat i typed in

  • i [heart] happy days and especially fonzie!!! sunday, monday, happy days! tuesday, wednesday, happy days! thursdays, fridays, happy days! saturday! happy days!........[forgot the rest of the song.]

  • sunday, monday, happy days!!!

  • i loved happy days one of my favorite all time shows and it transended television..great charaters....and im proud to be henry winklers frat bro.

  • I like how when it shows the original shot of their character, then flips over to a shot of them in the present day, and Ron Howard looks EXACTLY THE SAME.

  • and the scene where the Fonz is about to comb his hair and with all his coolness and style, he sees no need for combing, truly an awesome show, never get tired of watching this!!!!

  • Hahahah, this is gold...

  • I used to have the Fonzie doll from the 1970's as well as shirts and mugs with the Fonz on them. Too bad mom threw it all out. (WTF??) I always loved that show. Never cared for Scott Baio though.

  • I remember the one where Richie's wasted from 72 "teeny weenie" glasses of beer. They must have been alluding to the drinking game 100 shots.

  • Thanks!! I didn't get the chance to see this either (UK again). I wish they'd release the whole show on DVD.

  • Love happy days, watching there show in the 70's as a kid rock on
