I have a 2000 VFR800 with a TwoBrothers Racing exhaust. The V4 motor is very smooth and quiet, even with the slip-on. The whining sound is actually from the VFR's gear-driven cams.

You comment is a classic example of someone talking about something they know absolutely NOTHING about. I've been a police MC instructor for 13 years. What you see on this video, we do on Harleys and used to do on Kawasaki KZ1000s. If you went through any reputable police M/C school, one of two things would happen: 1)You would flunk out, or 2)You would pass one of the toughest schools in law enforcement & be a very good rider. Either way you would realize what an ass you just made of yourself.
