Hime sends strong message to empower women in Japanese culture. That what is represented in her music. Hime is certainly of the better known rappers but there are others. HeartsDales is another but are no longer together. SoulHead were very good as well but they were more R&B soul then rap. Korea has certainly more for some strange reason. CL, Lexy, Miryo & Tasha. Last two I would say are probably the best. So it just depends where ya look but all represent in their own way.
