@slyfoxyandalifesaver Thanks! I've since rearranged and added some bits and peices (Whole box of nitriles, SJA hi vis etc.).
Don't they always need updating! :-D

@gavin911911911911 St. John Ambulance first aid kits are always changing and updating... theres a revised CPR protocall out now, the 10th edition of the first aid guide also due to be released...
Heres a little handy tip you might like, Velcro with a adhesive side can but put on your ecuiptment like bag and staples can re-enforce the hold so you can remove signs, badges or high vis stripes for when your in public

@slyfoxyandalifesaver I've heard about the revised CPR protocol yeah, they're still advertising the 9th Revised let alone the 10th!
On one of my other bags I've got velcro, but never got around to kitting this bag out with velcro..
