EVERY single person I've ever known to smoke are losers. Now I know you could be a hard-working and intelligent person in life and possibly smoke too, but I've never met one.

And frankly, I don't give a fuck if a lot of people support it. It still doesn't make it right. The majority of Americans are also obese and have irresponsible sex, bringing millions of bastard kids into the world too. I'm not trying to be on a high horse or anything, but I just dont weed is cool.

Personally, I think only losers, and college students, and people with money obsess over weed. And they're all welcome to it. Real, hard-working people don't have time or money to get high.

I would never use pot because it makes you lazy and uninspired, but I do think it should be legal. Merely because alcohol and tobacco are and they're a bit more dangerous than that plant.

Fact of the matter is that cannabis is not stronger than it was decades ago. It's just that the higher potency strains are MORE available than they were 20-30 yrs. I started in smoking in 2000 and in these past 9 going on 10 years I havent seen any change. It's just that Mexican dirt has always been more available and and even when high quality bud comes through.. most people can't afford it.

There is not link to cannabis and mental illness per se, the only thing I heard said at the ACMD meeting was if you were predisposed to mental illness then you should leave cannabis alone.

Mental illness is attached to drugs like alcohol, nicotine, caffeine, all these three drug kill, unlike cannabis, so lets wake up and smell the coffee!

there may not be a link, but as a chronic blazer for the past 10 years, I can definetly say that it has had an effect on my persona. in many cases i see it as the cure and the poison for many of my issues. I'll smoke to get away from tings, but end of the day it just destroys motivation. Having given up for exams for a little while atm, I've had issues sleeping and eating properly. Seriously crettin a j right now lol.

If everybody could grow cannabis legally, there would be no need for a black market. People that don't want to grow cannabis would be able to buy it from a legitimate store. This medicine is also unanimously endorsed by the American College of Physicians, the American Psychiatric Association and the American Nurses Association.

I agree that we should regulate it. If people are scared cannabis is dangerous, why not regulate it and make sure it is safe? On the street corner, the typical low-life drug dealer that people are FORCED to hassle with can add ANYTHING to it they want.

Eliminate that black market. People get killed in this unsuccessful War on Drugs because the government is sweeping the problem under the rug.

There is no REASONABLE explanation for banning marijuana. The real reason is the government wants you to buy THEIR drugs because they can't make any profit off a plant. That's the whole reason there IS a black market.

What chaos? If the blark market were eliminated these criminals would have to resort to more obvious crimes in which they would be more likely to be caught. Drugs fund the black market and this is a direct result of the knife culture and gang culture we have seen over the past few years. If you want more violence on our streets, if you want more gangsters on our street then continue to support the prohibition of cannabis. If you want REAL CHANGE then we need to legalise or decriminalise cannabis
