Could someone tell me if the Orlando feeding violations are still taking place today if so when and where i'm a investigative journalists and would like to cover the story ?

I guess it has to get this bad, that we make laws against feeding hungry people, for this what Jesus said in Matthew chapter 25 to make sense...very sad, I am ashamed that I live in this city of Orlando
