How can any warmonger not know that chemicals sprayed on adults will affect the innocent child who comes after? Can there be so much hate by warmongers that they have no feeling for tiny infants ? I simply can't believe they ignore it. War, in and of itself, must be a mental disease that is brain damaging to its instigators and contagious to anyone who thinks war can help anything at all.
