Joe's 2002 WRX - Dyno Tuning

I just got my 2002 wrx last week, it has 115k miles which is alot i guess. Its all stock, i want to achieve around 200 whp. What should i do?

Would the stage 2 package from cobb yield about 200 whp?

@darnit5 The OTS maps from COBB are decent, but I suggest getting a protune to get the best results. If you want to save some money go open source.
