It was just the Hunting Rifle. Its pretty easy to get. I can't remember witch, but I got it off of either a raider or a super mutant.

in the metro station nearby, just enter the metro and talk to the leader, you need to let the boy make up his mind. bring him back to the bridge

I see people asking for a walkthrough, you can make one but it will be kinda stupid becuz the game is based in a Action-Reaction system.

whatever you do might be something other people wouldnt do...so walkthroughs would be pointless. if you want to find new weapons/medicine and other things then you might want to go to a blog.

Walkthroughs could actually be helpful. however it would be a bit difficult to make a decent one, all the items are generated RANDOMLY. Therefore not everything will be where it was before, and it is always a new game ever time you play it.

On PC pressing f makes it third p0erson. And on pc you can use mouse wheel, I dont know about ps3 though.

The family is located inside the seneca metro station. beware though, there are beartraps, mines, and a rigged shotgun that will try to kill you as you look for the family

nah, because is not necessarily to always aim to the head, besides if you spam V.A.T.S it takes points away and if you run out of those points then you hae no more option than fighting like a real man. . . .with a gun XD

V.A.T.S Is actually very helpful. i prefer using the normal combat method, just running up and aiming down and killing, but for monsters with high damage dealing weapons, i use vats to cripple there arms and legs.
