I have seen this guy in his regular clothes in another clip and he is bald and very flambouyant. He does a complete 180degrees and is not that funny and is over the top.

Thanks......no one will ever touch the comedic levels of Peter Sellers in his Clouseau role. So sad that he left us at such an early age.
