That was pretty cool. I've never heard of a dog climbing a tree until my rat terrier did it. Now I've heard all kinds of stories about these terriers climbing trees.

Aren't they fun? Iv'e got a 2yr old Parson Russel Terrier who lives to climb every tree in sight. He will go as high as he can possibly get. All it took was him seeing a squirrel run up a tree when he was a puppy. He is just same when it comes to swimming in the ocean, he charges! Search "Tree Climbing Parson Russel Terrier" to see mine fall and land like a cat!

are u sure he;s a "jack" cuz I thought my Russel Terrier was a "jack" for 12 years then I found out jack russels are taller and skinnier and not as handsome looking as my short lil luv pup

@19BARD85 Show type Jack Russells have longer legs and shallower bodies. Most people are familiar with the short-legged variety (which can't be shown). There are also Parson Jack Russell terriers, which have rougher coats and are more like the long-legged type.
