It basically means create a system, to which I believe the end goal is to think about putting things in a relational order to each other, because that kind of thing helps you to think big thoughts.

Ballsed it up with rule #8 there. Developing a chemical dependency is not the way to set yourself free to be creative. Why not put "Take up smoking" or even better "do meth" since so many creative people are on meth.

May I suggest instead "Read books" or at least "Read a book", which is conspicuously absent from the list.

number 18 means to be thankful for all of the things that you have been given
