  • @lindyhop411 unfortunetly you cant understand dance unless it is done by all of the rules and regulations set before you, i think that is were some people go wrong

  • @naturalbeautygirl1 I think rules and regulations is a poor turn. I would say dancing to the tempo and rhythm of the song is more appropriate. :-)

  • @naturalbeautygirl1 yea its kind of annoying going to all the dance videos and seeing how she comments on all of them critiqueing insead of realizing its FUN! soo much fun :) i love even just watching. my boyfriend wont dance with me :( :(

  • So when do you start dancing to the music rather than doing a bunch of moves?

  • they were dancing to the music it looked sweet. good video.

  • Actually they are dancing ahead of the beat. It's a common thing for beginners to think a "high energy" song is faster, when this song actually has a medium tempo of 190 beats per minute. The song is also a 32 bar blues format song written in 8/8. Dancers who don't learn footwork dance 1,2, 1,2, 1,2 rather than anything that fill out a phrase, and they also tend to do simple lifts and tricks randomly that don't fit to the music.

  • way good! i just got back from country swinging too!

  • holy crap.

  • At 1:05 - was that a save from a Candlestick attempt? Even if it was, it was still awesome.

  • Nope - that's the waterfall (when she slides down his back)

  • Oh. Okie-day. Now I have to make me and my partner try it. It's good to have somebody who's a foot taller than you sometimes. XD
