I wrote this song after reading "The Return of the King" when "The Two Towers" had just come out in the movies. My Duo, Cletus and Lori recorded it and here it is.

Eowyn has SOOOOOO much more integrity than Arwen who is "pretty face" to me compared to her, same a Legolas compared to Aragorn, Eowyn is strong personality and thus really for Aragorn and Arwen suits Legolas or somebody else better imo...

I read the books way before the movies came out and even then I preferred Eowyn to Arwen. I felt a bit wronged by Tolkien when he ended up pairing Aragorn with Arwen, who basically did nothing in the book. It reminded me of the Rowena/Ivanhoe/Rebecca debacle. We saw the TV movie as a class and even my male classmates were a bit upset that Ivanhoe chose Rowena over Rebecca (who did more than just look pretty).

I loved you starting with Eowyn sleeping in the great hall and the song is perfect. The other clip I love is when Eomer is holding her when he thinks she is dead. I haven't seen that clip in a lot of other LOTR vids. Thanks. I really enjoyed it....
