What you are looking for is called sharat ul ahadeeth (explanations of Prophetic narrations). This can only completely come from whats called Muhaddith (One who explains ahadeeth).

Quran talks about people that were true Christians. They were good, they followed Bible, and they didn't distort God's words. They are the ones of which Quran speaks so nicely.
However, those who twisted Christianity to make it more compelling to the 'modern' people, who made Jesus a god (in 325AC), and who invented myth of trinity, those people are not Christians even though they like to call themselves that, and similarly Zionists call themselves Jews, but aren't really that.

Chances are he's not actually Islamic, if he was he would know Muslim only requires servitude to one god, Islam is a way of life in service to one god and that in Arabic directly translated a Christian is a Muslim in the Koran and so is the Jew. Mohammad was the one who called them brothers of the book, but this infidel goes against the prophets own teaching anyway.
