Thank you for your video! I just became interested in cooking Indian food, and all of the ingredients and methods are so foreign to me I was getting overwhelmed. Your simple step-by-step video gives me the confidence to start learning more!
One comment - I do not have a pressure cooker, so in future recipies, please mention an alternative method for the pressure cooker step. Thanks!
u cook very well i learnt a lot iam 22 years, almost every bdy likes a lot whole day i watch your videos and make every day i learnt french fry, tomato rice, countut chutney, moong dosa, i love my parents are very happy
Manjula Aunty, you have increased my cooling skills so much my european friends think i should go to master chef programme!! But you are my master Chef!! Thanks a lot for your you tube video!! I LOVE YOUR COOKING
there r two different cooking time for dal & spinach. pls.try adding chopped spinach as soon as u open the cooker& close for 5 min. It'll be more nutritional.
I would love to thank the Indians for sharing their meal preparation with us PLAIN EATING AMERICAN FOLKS....I really enjoy learning something different. My kid loves eating different meals too.
Yummy. I always wanted to learn Daal with Spinach and never knew it was this easy! Thank you so much. YOu are the best in Veg. Recipes. Thank you Aunty ji.
I am making dal again and play the video as I cook... it's very comforting and relaxing to hear your voice in the background :-)
(I heard that onion/garlic is a good substitute for taste of hing, but that the counter-effects of asefetedia are not necessary for mung dal... this is because mung dal does not make problems with air in the stomach lika channas or other types of dals)
Wow, you even make me emotional, really, I am a disaster in the kitchen but you make and explains things in such a simple way, thank you a lot for your great videos.
I tried this one today .. very delicious ! thanks for the recepie. i did some experiment. i had 3 whistles with the pressure cooker. quciker and blends all the ingredients bettter..
Aunty, you r simply the best cook I have ever known.... all ur recipes are simple with awesome results, that too without onion and garlic..... I wish u could also teach us some continental cooking..........Love you lots and lots of hugs
That is a very, very tempting recipe. Thank you for showing us how to make it. I buy my papadam, too. It's just much easier than trying to make it.
I'm lucky because we have a large Indian community in my city, so I can buy all of the ingredients locally. But other people can find everything they need from online stores. Therefore, these dishes are available to almost everyone.
