Actually the highlights show his best runs and those runs he didn't display any power or agility.......Watch the Darren Mcfadden highlights and Adrian Peterson highlights and you will see that Adrian jukes, spins, and breaks arm tackles and Darren just sprints into a gaping hole (great o line). Darren was the product of a great o line.
I will agree that in '06 he had a great O-Line but in 2007 his line was good but by no means great. You can't compare Adrian Peterson and Darren McFadden. That's not a fair comparison. Adrian Peterson is the best back to come into the league since LT in his prime. McFadden is a Pro Bowl caliber back yet AP has the highest yards per game average, 103.4 yards per game, in NFL History. McFadden will be in the Pro Bowl either this season or in 2010 but he is no Adrian Peterson.
Cmon PORKINS2 Mcfadden a pro bowl player? Don't get me wrong I have nothing against Mcfadden, but he is on one of the worst organizations in the nfl. He also is second string on the raider depth chart.....behind Justin Fargas. Michael Bush will also be getting some carries. Everyone knows that Mcfadden is a 14-18 carry back. Fargas and Bush can both carry the rock in the mid twenties.
If Justin Fargas can get 1000 yards with that O-Line then D-MAC can get 1200. If he gets 18 carries a game that would give him 288 carries for the year, assuming he plays all 16 games, then he'll get at least 1000 yards. Plus I heard he was 1st on the Depth Chart, at least that's what they're reporting from camp. He can carry it 20 times a game. Not 25 but 20 times a game, he could handle that load. If he's healthy and Oakland uses him correctly, then he'll be at least a Pro Bowl Alternate.

The SEC has the toughest defense In the country. Every year they have the biggest playmakers. McFadden got 321 yards on the ground against South Carolina, runner up twice to the Heisman, twice chosen as the SEC Offensive Player Of The Year, etc.

Get off of me! What are you talking about. The first carry he has, he runs a guy over. He is a tough power runner. Felix Jones is more of the finesse runner. I will say McFadden would not have been as good as he was without Felix!
