Craig is the best Bond. Every other actor was a pussy ladies-man poser (no offense :P) Craig was gritty, realistic, brutal and charming at the same time. He makes Bond's character equivalent to Jason Bourne!

@RichardElden Connerys interpretation of the character was all fresh do to the fact that he was the first one. And his interpretation has been a big influence on Craig and all the other bonds. Connery kicks ass :)

Sean connery will always be number one no matter what. If it wasnt for him this series would most likely not have been such a success and then we probably would not have had this movie well over 40 years later. Dont get me wrong i think daniel craig is awesome but he is not the best. When he leaves and some new guy starts playing bond everybody is gonna say that the new guys the best and so on.

I remember so much negativity before he'd even opened his mouth on camera and now the fact is he's turning out to be best Bond ever....that is such a big win it's practically unbelievable.

I think Daniel Craig did a great job as Bond. My parents who were fans of the Sean Connery Bond liked Craig's acting in this film. He's right, Bond fans are a tough audience.

I've read all the books.

Bond is described as looking like "Hoagy Carmichael" but with a feint scar down one side of his face.

He's pretty - but not too pretty ...

Both can be made to fit physically with the description - maybe Dalton as well. But not Brosnan or Moore.

When he said "the 2nd is............bang............­.....yes considerably, meaning yes the 2nd is you!! That's how he got promoted by M which is bonds boss!!
