Cinema smooth is not judder reduction. Cinema smooth is only available when watching 24p content, it brings the tv to 96hz. (it is simple a refresh rate) you find cinema smooth under film mode in samungs picture menu, where you also find deinterlacing settings when watching 1080i content panasonic's have the same feature but panasonic also includes dejudder control. to reduce judder. The Samung plasma's do not have dejudder (smooth) processing. Cnet confirms this in a review.

There is no judder reduction on the samung plasma. I know this because this is the reason why I returned the samsung plasma. The judder of the samsung was giving me headaches. the samsung was in desperate need of judder reduction. samung had judder reduction in the c series plasmas. judder was evident in every scene that had any movement. it was terrible. When the samsung rep said there was dejudder he was dreaming. shows that samung's guy did not know the capabilities of the D series plama

so when this video is cut around 3:30 after the guy is told there is dejudder reduction. is because they did not find it. and later on in the video when another guy stationed to left finds cinema smoother some one off camera says there is it (pretty sure thats what he said) suggestion they found dejudder processing and that person is probably the guy from samsung.
