Get your facts straight - unions are not the enemy ! Actually, the Postal Service receives NO tax dollars . Actually, the Postal Service is the only agenc,y both public and private , that is mandated to prefund retirees' health benefits . The Office of Inspector General , in an audit , determined that the USPS overpaid by at least 75 BILLION dollars . Obama agreed with that finding and has agreed to pay back the USPS - over a 30 year period !!!
