Just to clear it up, Pantyhose Taru is NOT 10 yrs old. The description says "10 odd years ago", Meaning it's most likely anywhere between 10-19 or its in the teens with the odd digit either way he appears to be around Ranma's age so you would assume he's 16 but according to wikipedia, he's 18.
