Very good info. I would change the following though. Buy a propane burner for outside. Your wife is gonna hate the smell of malt in her house for 2 days. and, buy a 5 or more gallon pot and do the full volume (5 gallon) boil to get better utiliziation of the hops. Nice job though, good video
