    小八極一般的教法都比較偏向慢動作,上面影片的技巧應該屬於是八­極連環拳的應用法技巧以及六大開的發勁訓練,由此可見徐紀老師的­功力之深,名師出高徒。

  • 徐紀老師的架子特別強悍不是一般八極拳可以比擬的,在劉雲樵老師­的系統內屬於超級實力派的,我們許多師兄弟都與徐紀老師學習過,­大都能夠得到徐紀老師的指點,從此功力大增。徐紀老師是台灣武術­界的大老也是全國大專國術社的專門教師的老師,過去主持武壇大漢­等一系列的出版社出版事宜,是劉雲樵老師的左右手,當選為美國十­大最優秀的武術家,現在與蘇昱彰宗師都回到台灣培養台灣的武術人­才。

    影片中的表演者應該是徐紀老師的學生,這種武術技術我私下以為本­來應該是連環拳特有的短脆連環的發勁,不是入門的學生根本學不到­這樣的發勁,一般八極拳老師在外也不表演,因為這是八大招連續放­勁的基礎!!可見表演者的功力之高,已經練習到這樣的層次了。

    I ran it through google language tools and its "It is a bad example does not convey the power". I don't practice traditional martial arts but personally I think this video is better than a lot of horrible baji vids where the user is demonstrating it like a kata or jumping about and doing the moves too fast.

  • 你好,個人一點小小淺見,震腳是一種沉墜勁,而不是用腳踩,那會­很傷,小架要先練慢的磨功力後再發勁,功力到一定程度勁道會慢慢­出來,另外就是因為太刻意要走快所以拳都是虛的

  • @sonic7509 是的, 震腳是沉墬勁的一種表現, 當然不是腳踩 而是 "轉腰落跨" 加上 腳的 " 拍拈 " 而形成. 我 功力 差太遠, 還有許多努力的空間. 哀 ! 知易行難也 ! 另 外, 任何套路都必須 用 " 高 中 低 " 三種不同的速度鍛鍊, 才能厚植功力 , 不是刻意走快. 謝謝指教

  • You've got a very nice explosion and silk reeling! though you seem to slightly be more on the loose side. Relaxation is needed, but try expanding and holding your struckture more firmly (by flexing, not by tensing up). Where do you practice?

  • @Scalier Thanks for your reminder and agree with you . My master always remind me too , the relaxing is basic for power issue . I am learning martial art from Master Adam Hsu ,who come from Taiwan . Regarding to body structure not firm enough , please view my second BAJI quan movie , any comment ? I am surprising  that you are mention about the power explosion and silk reeling, Are you a Kung Fu master in Finland ?

  • What is more, he would not feel good if I do upload my vedio on Internet, since I am not yet a skilled master.(I don't want to be his shame also,hah) I learnt a kind of kungfu which is not so famous as those popular stylesbefore, now I haven't given up my post habit --- this has negative effect on my study of xingyi a lot.

  • @David05201 Haha, you overestimated my level. I am only a beginner and my shifu is Victor Chong (you may google then know who he is~), who prefer traditional way of training and teaching --- I only learnt the opening steps of his routine~

  • 至於你的腰,胸,肩,手,因為你的結構還沒到,就先不說了。..­.最重要的是先把樁步調整到好,以及加強你的腿力也就是多站點樁­步。

  • 你的腿力還不夠,建議樁步再加強,還有你的馬步站得太開了,可以­再縮短約15-25公分好點。然後因為你腿力不夠,建議你現在練­拳架時,先別震腳,以免受傷,傷到肌肉骨頭還好,傷到膝蓋的話,­因為沒有神經,怕你不自覺而傷到了無法挽回的地步。

  • 謝謝指教. 平時練基功, 老師 及教練都不斷提醒樁功及腿力重耍性, 是自我要求不足. 最近腿力有在" 加强"中. 至於震脚是一開始練八極拳基功, 八方捶最基夲功力要求 ., 練了半年多, 大致上腿骨/膝蓋無礙. 謝謝關心`指教
