  • Good video but shame about them on board r.i.p ..

  • this is why they were shut down not safe and not efficiant

  • rip:(

  • Im gonna like this but not because i like that they dies(i dont like it i hate him)but im just gonna like it so i can shiow my teacher

  • obviously a major malfuntion...... dude

  • @fall0rn lol

  • NASA = Not All Shuttles Arive

  • @JMJcast NASA = accidents happen all the fucking time, shut the fuck up.

  • My mom was in the hospital having me. I was born that night but I still watch it every year.

  • IT'S LOOKS LIKE AN SCORPION TALE...!!!

  • You know the dead

  • Rest in peace(( from Russia

  • I wonder if it was Michael or Gabriel...

  • @Period0fAltering You could get hurt for saying something like that... Albeit, it's truth-derived, but this is a "sensitive generation." Watch yourself

  • @Period0fAltering It was, most likely, Michael. Gabriel doesn't fight.

  • They act so calm -__-

  • @psycopolarbear

yes, because they aren't little 15 years old emo teenagers.

  • im joking he wasnt on it

  • There has been a major malfunction.... No really?

  • why are they staying so calm

  • Nasa people are androids. HAL 9000 has more emotions.

  • my teacher saied he watched this in his 2nd grade class the when it blew up his teacher turned off the t.v and saied "ok class lets talk about fractions"

  • Starscream was there.

  • "obviously a major malfunction" -___- no shit!

  • @limacarlos1013 I thought that was really weird how they said that too!

But actually think the people who were talking on the radios weren't actually watching the Challenger. I think they were looking at monitors of engine readings and what not. And when it exploding, everything must have just stopped on the readings. That's just my guess.

  • ułło ku*wa!!!

  • Fact: President Reagan hid Jelly Beans aboard the Challenger for the crew.

  • @jcali619 :D

  • does that look like an everyday thing something like a fork 1:34

  • @ipodnuno786 ha-ha funny! no, there is a devil face looks like hell 1:34 how do you think? am I right? D:

  • my grandad was on that ;(

  • @zoyaisthebest1 realy? im sorry for your loss. i swear to god i almost cried when i whatched this

  • @zoyaisthebest1 I feel sorry to hear that, RIP your grandad

  • @afanasyev11118989 I seriously dont think that this is funny at all. I would take the grin off of your face

  • Made in China

  • BOOM!!!!!

  • mal-intent?

  • It's awkward deciding whether to like this or not lol

  • @xProKiiNGx w/c is why i like 5 star rating system

  • Obviously a major malfunction -.-'

  • sorry to the families of the lost)):

  • R.I.P

  • crap

  • @MephistoLeo lol

  • some of these comments are focussed on the money lost and poor mission control... but honestly, who cares? just think about how the people on board lost their lives instantly. it's incredibly devastating when you think about it.

  • R.I.P

  • @Period0fAltering You are retarded, sir.

  • thanks for stopping by. please challenge again!

  • @Period0fAltering It's one thing to be an insensitive piece of shit, but you're not even good at it.

  • @iSweetShakesi huh? You don't like the boom boom pow? >XD! Please challenge again!

  • Thats gonna leave a mark.... or two

  • cool cloud

  • "Obviously a major malfunction.."

NO SHIT SHERLOCK you just lost $1 billion in 2 minutes

  • @redshark618 Probably didn't know what else to say.

  • Whew! What a way to go. I mean we all got to go somehow...that is just one hell of a way to go.

  • soooo sad. it made me cry

  • 40% catastrophic failure rate of the usa shuttles. american tech is useless, completely useless...

  • @Ironoff Has any other country landed a man on the moon? No, so stfu.....

  • @Vocizo

Other than Russia, no other country was trying to. Besides, it was the genius of Wernher Von Braun and his Nazi rocket engineering cohorts that put a man on the moon, US financed but all German research and tech...

  • @Vocizo you're saying that US has ever managed to set foot on moon? That to in 60's? You're brain washed...

  • @shaantheone Holy fuck dude. Please form a sentence properly. What are you even asking? Do you believe the moon landing to be a conspiracy?

  • @Vocizo I'm no expert in these sort of things. but it's what I've been led to believe in all these websites claiming it was all fake. personally i think that nobody had the technology in that era to do this......

  • @shaantheone You know you said 85% of Americans are brainwashed right? For now the moon landing are taken as fact and proven otherwise. Those sites make a compelling argument, but after seeing shuttles take off with my own two eyes, I believe it to be true.

  • @Vocizo I guess we can never know the actual truth. Even some U.S. citizens find this fact hard to swallow, that their astronauts have been to the moon. There are both types believers and non-believers. I guess I'm inclined to the latter......

  • wouldnt there bodies fall down in the air

  • @brooklynbridgehi the crew cab compartment and nose of the shuttle were intact when the breakup occurred. They were alive before they hit the water at 200+ mph.

  • Comment removed

  • @minebloxor no toaster overheated, and the burgers got burnt and set light to the frying pan

  • @MrDoogie1989 yea he went quiet then carried on about the altitude????

  • Owwww

  • It exploded... Not crashed.

  • So sad :[ rest in peace we will never forget u guys the brave crew of space shuttle challenger smith, scobee, mcnair, onizuka, jarvis and resnik

  • @djmm25 Don't say that i am Muslim also this was a very sad R.I.P all

  • @djmm25 Stupid islamic extremist. Why can't you just except peoples beliefs rather than blowing shit up? It proves that your belief system is 2nd class.

  • @djmm25 Forgive me. I am Hebrew. Allah is a Hebrew word that means Oak tree. But YAHWEH is superior, and I'll prove it. 1:29

  • At least they died living their dream!

  • Must have been hell falling in the cockpit at 200 mph from 80,000 feet up for over 2 and a half minutes.

  • wow they died in an instant :/ poor people, they were already close to heaven at that point. R.I.P x

  • А я в детстве был уверен, что Челенджер упал где-то рядом с моим домом. Помню, выпросил у родителей лопату и долго пытался найти и откопать осколок Челенджера.

  • i love how the nasa people stayed calm. They weren't like OHHH SHIITTTT!!!!! SHUTTLE DOWN SHUTTLE DOWN!!!!!

  • @rewindablender yeah theyre so casual you can't really tell when it explodes... at first... maybe thats just me

  • @rewindablender because it was extreeeemmmmely important they got down as much information about the crash as it happened as well as doing whatever they could to salvage something

  • No freakin duh was this a major malfunction!

  • Why are there no showers on the space shuttle?

Because the astronauts wash up on shore.

  • 1:34 it's a devil!!!!

  • @janism24 i never saw it like that :O

  • madcat789, don't give up on your dream just because of one accident.

  • 1:44 is that a woman in the smoke?

  • I remember I always wanted to be an astronaut when I was younger, but when I saw this on the news, I gave that dream up.

  • 1:36 is it weird that that smoke looks like satans horns aka the world trade center smoke demon

  • NASA - Need Another Severn Astronauts

    RIP

  • Did they servive??

  • @haafie1 No

  • @haafie1 i think i saw one of them jump out? he was later found on a roof in wisconsin

  • @Roger2 I am sure it hurt.. They were alive the whole entire way down and they felt it all.

  • all of this caused by a rubber gasket

  • Save the pandas!

  • what year was this?

the only reason why this had happened was because one of the white boosters had a leak and cought on fire I think that's what had happened

  • @moontheloon518 1986

  • @moontheloon518 pfft, no thats not what happened, the O rings failed to expand in the full throttle up because of the freezing temperatures and the escaping gasses burned through and exploded the external fuel tank

  • @moontheloon518

stfu...if you don't even know what year the Challenger exploded, why should we even believe your explanation of what had happened.

  • challenger crashed because people put the schedule in the top priority rather then human lives

  • @Mjpkent... Ur just jelous bitch

  • so sad. :( they prolly did it cause they let black dude on there. Inside job.

  • so sad.

  • INSIDE JOB!

  • a rubber o-ring expanded and came lose of the chassis, fuel leaked out through the hole where that ring was. the fuel contacted the fire, the fire burned the spilled fuel, the heat triggered an explosion of the entire left booster

  • @randommusicify Not even close pal....Stay in school....

  • @aimhigh59 @national geographic

  • @randommusicify The o-rings expand to fill the gap between segments to prevent burn thru's. The cold weather prevented the o-ring from expanding. The fuel is solid. It doesnt spill. The burning fuel had a path through the joint to go because of the failed o-ring. The fire severed the strut which caused the booster to swing into the fuel tank causing it to collaspe. The rest you know.

  • @aimhigh59 that was the one

  • @MJPKENT girlfriend or girl friend? sub humab?

  • It looked kinda pretty...

  • i see why it was called the challenger because it challenged stough

  • @MJPKENT Let history speak for its self;

The US Apollo Saturn-5 moon rocket -100% successful. The Russian N-1 rocket -100% failure. You jealous piece of human garbage envious of the United States who not only got humans on the moon but has never been challenged since. If politics didn't interfere with von Braun the US would have launched the worlds first satellite in 1956 on a Redstone rocket. Capitalism has and always will beat socialism,Death to socialism and current fraud,Long Live the USA!

  • see grim reaper at 1:45 and skull at 1:49

  • @breeze6541 shitson

  • This is a really sad scene. I remeber watching this in class,

  • Dang lost some astronauts and about 100mil dang this is tragic..

  • This wasn't a crash. It was a vehicle breakup.

  • @yatpaysarchives Must we really get into technicalities?

  • @yatpaysarchives after the orbiter broke up, it crashed into the ocean. Even 25 years later, just as tragic as the day it happened.

  • Seriously the rocket engineers must have the biggest troll face ever known to mankind.

  • Its nasa,s Fault!! AFK-(company who made the SRB.s) Warned Nasa That the freezing temperatures would prevent the rubber O-Rings from expanding(which their ment 2do) And head guy in control of The shuttle Launch blew off AFK and did the launch anyway! o-rings failing to expand is what caused it to leak out! NASA is responsible for their deaths

  • @64MojoMan Morton Thiokol made the booster. The booster engineer told booster Mgt. that it wasnt a good idea to launch but could not prove it. Booster Mgt. signed off on the launch. Nasa didnt know it until after the fact. Nasa is not the only people who sign off for launch. It includes the tank people (Lockheed), the orbiter people (Rockwell or Lockheed) and the crew. The perfect storm happened and that was the result.

  • @aimhigh59 the key in the perfect storm was the 300mph jet stream that day that knocked loose the aluminum slag from the burning rocket fuel that had plugged the aft field joint where the o-ring had failed due to the cold at liftoff. It did not explode on the launch pad as Thiokol Engineer Boisjoly had warned as the slag had temporarily sealed the joint. After encountering the jet stream, the slag broke free and the flame that doomed the mission developed out of the right SRB.

  • @dpgmuchogordo Yes the cross winds were the highest ever recorded in a launch and a part of every launch. Just 1 piece of the puzzle.

  • and thats what happens when you send something called a challenger into the sky with 7 ppl in it

  • r.I.p all the crew

  • Comment removed

  • 右侧助推火箭一个小故障导致7人丧命!

  • If a person reads something unfairly challenged, in the end it would be disastrous

  • @ninjakingrevival yes at least two of them survived the explosion and fell all the way to the ocean and died the parachute isnt them safely returning to land its just part of the shuttle unfortunately they all died :(

  • oh my god 1:35 its satan look horns and a face the same as the face that turned up on the 9/11 plane impact KILLUMINATI

  • And the scary thing is they were still alive when it exploded and actually died when they hit the ocean below them.. Wow, what a sucky way to die.

  • R.I.P all people who did not reach the sky. TT_TT

  • @joakim9kl Well, they DID reach the sky, just in a different way than planned.

  • W. I. M

  • Rest in Peace, Smith, Scobee, McNair, Onizuka, Mcauliffe, Jarvis, and Resnik.

  • @SpaceAndAviation Investigation showed that they were alive until they hit water :(

  • xbox starts

  • after this happened NASA changed it's acronym, from National Aeronautics and Space Administration to Need Another Seven Astronauts

  • @MrThatsYe This isnt something to joke around about, death is nothing funny.

  • @MrThatsYe Idiot.

  • That's what I call........ a bad hair day!

  • @difficultsyllables ahahahahaha I lol'd

  • besides 911 this could be one of the most tragic accedints to happen in the USA

  • Comment removed

  • @KolinTheKill Rubbish what about when the europeans took over the USA and massacred thousands of indigenous red indians!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! that was the most tragic things that happened and 911 was no accident either

  • @afertyus1000 so do u belive in the conspiricy?

  • @KolinTheKill which one?

  • @afertyus1000 the conspiricy that the government planned 911?

  • @KolinTheKill well i suppose stranger things have happened it could be true?

  • @afertyus1000 i all around hate the muslims that hate america i mean, what did we do to them... just cuz they belive in different gods then us and polytheism doesnt mean they should hate us.

  • @KolinTheKill i kow maybe its to do with usa and britain in the middle east etc taking the oil? i dont like their religion with the burkas and habibs etc think they ninja turtles

  • @afertyus1000 good point that might be it

  • did they died??

  • @NinjaKingRevival nock nock smartass, the space shuttle collapsed in midair...

  • @NinjaKingRevival no! They fine!

  • @paranoik1980 well thats good to here. I guess "God" was on their side this time.

  • @NinjaKingRevival Yes they died -.-'

  • @NinjaKingRevival Not at first... they parachuted safely back to Earth, but then were torn apart by wolves upon landing.

  • @FatherPatOphelia omg thats horrible :'(

  • @NinjaKingRevival Dude you are such a dumbass
