Bugatti need a track which is 11 KM long to beat 400 km/h, Agera R needs only 9 KM, and the Agera R is 13 KM/H faster. :-) I love Audi but Bugatti sucks. What made watching this video enjoyable is the fact that the F458 Italia is the newest, most advanced technology Ferrari has to offer. One of the most competent vehicles they have ever created without a doubt, and it was made to look inept next to this monster of a Swedish car. I am amazed at how much faster the Koenigsegg is than all the other super cars like the Carrera GT, ZR-1, etc. and they have been building super cars for a long time, i wonder why the other car owners waste their time and abuse? Not crazy about the Agera spoiler but it's still tops in performance and in my opinion it's more of a pure sports car than the Bugatti, i wish i could afford one.
@zxtenn Because Carrera GT and ZR-1 weren't built to reach immense speeds or so. They were built for driving experience and pleasure. And they don't cost a bomb to the price of the Koenigsegg. Trust me, if Porsche or Ferrari decides to build a car that would compete with the Koenigsegg, they will definitely build one that is faster and all round usable.
Veyron SS already got killed by Agera R, 0-200mph 17sec vs 22sec for the SS, not even close...and I couldn't give a damn about Veyron's comfort or lack of noise, to me that's just boring. I'll always prefer the Agera R's race car characteristics and performance.
@Ksegger It doesn't matter to you because you're clueless about engineering and you dont realize how infinitely more advanced Veyron is compared to Agera R , or any other car for that matter. Its incredibly hard to make a car that will blend race-car performance with bentley-like comfort and luxury, but Bugatti did it. Not to mention how every part has been over-engineered so that the car would last as long as normal cars, which Agera R wont.
@Ksegger If Bugatti wanted to, they could very well get more power and performance out of that power-train, because they have a big head-room in terms of wear and tear and reliability. Agera R is already on the limit, and it won't be usable every day, and it won't last nearly as long as Veyron, won't be reliable, needs to be serviced very often, etc...thats what makes Veyron so unique. Its so technically advanced that it manages to blend everything together into one package.

@AntDX316 the costume rims and tire won't help, if the tire is classed for 220mph it doesn't mean it wares down slower then a standard car tire it just means that it won't crack and break at those speeds so you still need to change tires as often as before....
@MrStellan94 the tires cost too much and wear on the bugatti because it's a racing/road soft wearing tire, if u want straight road non track use u gotta use a tire from say dunlop or falken with 600A rating, it won't grip as fast as the stock bugatti and cost wayyyyyyyyy less
if you do an often of 200mph and no more than 220 it should be ok, look at the M5 videos of 211mph with their stock tires and them being ok

I am amazed at how much faster the Koenigsegg is than all the other super cars like the Carrera GT, ZR-1, etc. and they have been building super cars for a long time, i wonder why the other car owners waste their time and abuse? Well i suppose if you can afford such expensive cars for toys you can afford to maintain them. Not crazy about the Agera spoiler but it's still tops in performance and in my opinion it's more of a pure sports car than the Bugatti, i wish i could afford one.

@zxtenn Because Carrera GT and ZR-1 weren't built to reach immense speeds or so. They were built for driving experience and pleasure. And they don't cost a bomb to the price of the Koenigsegg. Trust me, if Porsche or Ferrari decides to build a car that would compete with the Koenigsegg, they will definitely build one that is faster and all round usable.

Veyron SS already got killed by Agera R, 0-200mph 17sec vs 22sec for the SS, not even close...and I couldn't give a damn about Veyron's comfort or lack of noise, to me that's just boring. I'll always prefer the Agera R's race car characteristics and performance.

@Ksegger It doesn't matter to you because you're clueless about engineering and you dont realize how infinitely more advanced Veyron is compared to Agera R , or any other car for that matter. Its incredibly hard to make a car that will blend race-car performance with bentley-like comfort and luxury, but Bugatti did it. Not to mention how every part has been over-engineered so that the car would last as long as normal cars, which Agera R wont.

@Ksegger If Bugatti wanted to, they could very well get more power and performance out of that power-train, because they have a big head-room in terms of wear and tear and reliability. Agera R is already on the limit, and it won't be usable every day, and it won't last nearly as long as Veyron, won't be reliable, needs to be serviced very often, etc...thats what makes Veyron so unique. Its so technically advanced that it manages to blend everything together into one package.

@derbigpr500 We can't educate stubborn people on cars. These are the Fast & Furious and PS3 generation, where they see the timing, horsepower and quarter mile times for it to be their favourite car. It's sad these people will never go on to own any of them but speaks like a potential buyer or a car enthusiast. I agree with you on the Veyron, it will probably outlast many cars out there and still be the car it always is. There's a reason why the Veyron is chosen as Top Gear car of the decade.

those tires r rated at 268mph where the hell can u reach 268mph.. the autobahn has occasional traffic on the left lane so maybe like 240 if ur lucky enough to have that length available but would that be like once every 3000 miles? if u cruise around in the bugatti doing like 200mph max and u gotta change every 10k just get rims and tires for 220mph and change ever 30k

@AntDX316 the costume rims and tire won't help, if the tire is classed for 220mph it doesn't mean it wares down slower then a standard car tire it just means that it won't crack and break at those speeds so you still need to change tires as often as before....

@MrStellan94 the tires cost too much and wear on the bugatti because it's a racing/road soft wearing tire, if u want straight road non track use u gotta use a tire from say dunlop or falken with 600A rating, it won't grip as fast as the stock bugatti and cost wayyyyyyyyy less
if you do an often of 200mph and no more than 220 it should be ok, look at the M5 videos of 211mph with their stock tires and them being ok

@MrStellan94 the build material of the bugattis use like multiple layers of different compound where the others use use like not as much and cheaper compound.. the bugattis tires are made of highest possible track/non track use, 3-6k to change for $30k is mad nuts.. unless you have multi ten millionare money then it would be ok
