His name is Klassy Celebri Te. He is an AQHA/IBHA/ABRA 16.1 buckskin stallion standing at stud at Sunset Sands Quarter Horses in Wisconsin. He is a 3-time IBHA World Champion halter horse. This video was taken during his playtime at the MN Horse Expo.
He was trying to lunge him/her

I'm sorry but I don't know. If I had to guess, he is within the standard Quarter horse size range. The man inside the ring is probably about 6'1".
