@AnimaMandala I think they're introducing Queen Serenity as a separate character to mark that the past no longer has a hold on Usagi and the rest of the girls, as said in the Final Act, the past is finally over. As for the baby dolls I think that's just Usagi being excited about getting married and thinking about a family in her future with Mamoru.
