There are still a few of us left in this country who were born in the 3/4of the 20thC who believe that Britain would be a far better place with the reinstatement of some of the lost Victorian decorum,civility and values.Not to mention a heavy hand when it comes to crime and punishment.Prisons with hard labour and subhuman living conditions would ensure that re-offending would be something of the past.Cant ever seeing it happen,things will just get even more slovenly and pathetic.Sickening
