a good tip for her would be just to control her arms yet try to loosen up a bit, she has good upper body but it is just kinda awkward. other then that, very good. great jumps and she can also be a fantastic turner as well! i do agree with @jrmissdance20 she is a very good dancer. just try to loosen up and let your personality show :)

i love how everyone is insulting this choreography when you must consider that this was from 2005. back then, this choreography would have been amazing. pre-sytycd, competition dances rarely had that extreme contemporary choreography.

that's called a donkeykick, and I know they're really hard. I have to do them, too, and you pretty much just have to kick out high and strong and point your toes. you really just need to practice.
