I've always fought this guy the cheesiest way possible. Good for low levels too. When you drive into the arena, turn around and nitro up the rock on the right side.Jump the car back out of the arena and pick every one off with a sniper rifle from the outside.

You can level up by doing side quests, then its easy to beat him :)

i beat mad mel when i was level 15, just get a really high explosive sniper rifle and he was dead in about 20 shots :D

ohhhh!!! i see now! If you die you can come back and continue the fight :DDD Every time i die doing this boss (10+) i CTRL + ALT+ DEL and end game :D the penalty is sooo huge for dieing. I have 180k atm and when i die i lose 20k, like wth?!?

Wich setting do you play with?

If on max resoliution (1440x900) then only textures on high. Everything else off/low

If on 1024x640 resoliution, then everything on max :)

Ok I got the Graph-card as you and I play on everything on High and on (except Dynamic Shadows and Ambient occlusion)

Res: 1280x720 And gets around 25- 40 Fps :) You should try it, its worth it :P

Thanks, I will try these settings, but I doubt it will work for me, because my CPU is only 2.1 Ghz, and yours 2.4 :)

I dont think that it matters that much. The requirement for CPU is only 2,4 Ghz Singel Core :D

Can't say for sure, but I think when you set everything to minimum, it won't become black. When I've set everything to max, I have that blackening too :)

Easily the hardest quest in the game thus far. But then again...You probably have the *worst* weapon set I have ever seen.

I am a hunter, so I have a sniper (pretty good, but now i have a better one), a revolver (unreal one, damage: 50x17, I am 28lvl and still carry this revolver :) ). So, this revolver is better than most shotguns.

So I did not know what to put to 3rd slot, but found corrosive bazooka. So I said to myself - why not? :)

And I have a question, what weapon set would you recommend?

Just seems like you're leaving yourself open on the close quarters front. You have a lot of precision weapons, but nothing to hold your own if rushed. I'd say support yourself with a combat rifle or SMG, preferably with a high rate of fire. That way if you're overwhelmed you can lay down some lead.

When I bought it (2 years ago) it cost me around $1000 if I converted my regional currency well. How much it costs now I don't know :)
