If you have expansions of munchkin(like munbchkin 2 or 3) how do you play? Wait for the first decks to finish and then place the others or all of them together?

@MrPokemonPenguin Pretty late reply. You win by getting level 10 but in Demented Dungeon there is a card that makes it 11 and if you play with special rules called Epic Rules it will be raised to 20 and with Epic rules and Demented Dungeons it can be 21.
