@lpymaynard - It's a D but with your finger on the 2nd fret of the low E string and an open high e string. Btw, his guitar is tuned a half step down.

@lpymaynard D with an F sharp base. I think the chorus is : Am, Dm, G, D/F#, C/G ...(with the prechorus as well). But it has a lot of variations and the strumming really makes this song special :) love it

There are no tabs that I know of just chords and they aren't exactly correct. I studied the interview where he plays the song and figured it out that way
