This is so mean :( I have a pekingese and the only reason they yawn like that is because they are in distress...it's cruel to make an animal anxious and upset like that
@LaFerf Oh they are master manipulators. My almost 14 year one nags and complains about everything that isn't according to his rules, he seems to think he's the leader of the pack. He nags if I don't get to bed early enough, if I don't wake up early enough, if I don't let him out quick enough, and let him in even quicker, if he doesnt' get a cookie when we're having coffee etc... the youngsters are much more quiet. And then I get that annoyed look: "FINALLY!" LOL
It's not necessarily that he's cold, but that he's an attention hog. This breed get very clingy and whiney for their owners (and often times jealous), so he just doesn't like to be left in the tub alone.
I have a pekingese and he doesn't whine like that when I"m petting him in the bath, only until I move away from him.
They do not like to be left alone for long periods of time (and if they can't get out of the bath to be with you-it's long).
My mum was gone for five minutes and he was crying.

I love when our Peke falls asleep with his little tongue out. When he wakes up, his tongue is so dry that he can't pull it in and we laugh so hard because he looks so sleepy and confused! This is the dearest breed ever created!
And they thought that Mike Vick was bad.

We bathed our Lee tonight. He absolutely tazzes after a bath! This means he RUNS around the house until he's dry!

So true. It is teasing the thing. "I'm right here!" my dog doesn't care too much about drying though...he's weird like that.

Teehee... All dogs come from the same factory. My poodle does exactly the same after the bath. He doesn't enjoy it that much, anyway.
