@ItsSkeletron Everyone can now actually. Click the upload button and on the page, YouTube gives you this notification at the top: "Congratulations! Your account is now enabled for uploads longer than 15 minutes. Click the Upload button below to select a video." I just wanted to test and see if this really worked. Best thing YouTube has done in years.

@ItsSkeletron Are you sure? Because what I have isn't that old of a channel. Couple of years maybe. I'll try it on a new account.
