Dante has more weapons and guns and 5 styles,while Nero has his biggest plus.Devil Bringer.For me personally I think each is good in its own way.

You are pretty good at timing your royal blocks. I got a way to go before I am used to doing that. Overall I still am an amateur with Dante. I have been playing with Nero a lot in bloody palace so I never gotten around to playing Dante that much. I am currently on DMD on the mission where you switch to Dante for the first time. I need to practice more with him.

I was using royalguard to cut down the time it took to do part 2. Otherwise I would have went over my 10 minute limit. But if you wait around I will put up a better run of this.

anyway nice try on using the royal guard to block those orbs which were shooting but if u practice enough i think u could block the orb when he charges up and u could shoot his leg now i am just having fun with royal guard on this mission when he charges the hyper beam i just block it to have some fun now i'm still trying to block some attacks from some monsters

Learn how to dodge and read ememy movements that is the best thing for DMD it is taking a while though because they always do something I was not quite prepared for.

Yeah your right first you destroy the orbs all over his body then when the only one left is on his chest a boss battle begins with the yellow bar being the health of the orb on his chest. It can take a while because he is usually far away from you and you have to shoot him with the guns. But sometimes on one of the platforms he will get VERY close, close enough to hit that chest orb with melee hopefully you can stun him so you can do some serious damage.

For the 1000th time I was trying to build up the royal guard meter for part 2 so that I did not go over the video limit and royal guard is the quickest way to reduce his health in part 2.

Well I had a method because there is a limited time he fell over and I think some of the gems are unreachable while he fell over but I will be putting up an improved video on Dante Must Die mode when I get around to it.

first why would you want to mess with royal guard at all? you can normally block his attacks except for that giant all of doom crap and actually you don't need to block you can always use dash , on top of that instead of SLICING his blue orbs on his arms use Coyote-A in mid air , 3-4 shots should do it.

The reason for using royalguard was to reduce the time it took to beat him otherwise the video would go over the 10 minute limit. And I found using the swords slighty faster that the shot gun. But thank you for your comment about my run. Better than the other guy who just basicly said "you suck". I try some of these new methods seen as so many people are eager. I do it on dmd mode once I am ready.

Jst use those jumpy things to evade attacks. put trickster on. take out all crystals then u get to fight main boss after u jump a few platforms. after jst use coyote-a to shoot his middle crystal then he should fall. use the darkslayer to kick his ass. then repeat

First of all I was building the royalguard meter for part 2 otherwise I would have went over the limit. Also the other reason I did not knock him over until later is because some of the crystals on his arm are hard to get once he is knocked over.
