Excellent cover!! There appears to be more covers of these early R&R classics than is to meet the eye, and here's another fine example. I notice this too with the real rockabilly sound..many many remakes.. Cene Vincent seems to be a borderline case....mainstream doowop like Elvis, or Rockabilly like David Orrell. Anyway you look at it doowop/mainstream r&r was all that was played around Vancouver Canada, no rockabilly here. I don't remember Gene for Blue Jean Bop & I luv it! Thx4 postin'

Thank you...The Crazy Caps did play a lot of the early R&R but also doowoop songs (eg Stay!)...you might want to check some of the songs under my channel.

This is what I call Rock and Roll! Probably one of the best version of Blue Jean Bop in the world!  Great sound, fantastic playing. Keep rocking Crazy Caps!
