  • still buffering and already lmao

  • Will there be any more of these?

  • Thumbs up if you find this after searching for ''amazing'' because you were bored.

  • This awesome "a la Aperture Science" work was added to our Nanotechnology Engineering's tv channel (live tv and the online Livestream versions)! =)

    livestream(dot)com/EngeNanoTv

Just now I found the original video... do you have more Nano stuff?

  • The need of killing a cat and having a stupid haircut in order to kill the world?

I´ll apply for being a Jedi Knight instead!

  • thumbs up for backfiring plans!

  • Make a zombie.

    You will need :

    Drugs.

    A victim

    A culturally influenced psychological disposition

  • This was like a much cooler version of sims 3

  • Please make a continuing series of Be Amazing!

  • Now that WAS amazing! :D

  • This nano stuff already exist just think about it there made to do the same thing, and so are we such as work, and school. And at the end all we basically earn is money(paper)this is a message saying we are nano in other word Robots and for those who are slow robots do as thier command and who do you think is in command..if you say you are your wrong the government is in charge they create law so we follow them.they make us work for money that is all paper DONT BE IGNORANT AND OPEN YOUR MINDS!!!

  • This is hilarious... I show it to my students as part of my lecture...

  • find jobs online careerstartlocation(dot)info i found my job here

  • HAHAHAHA.

  • hi

i want download this animation but i dont understand how. please help me

    tanks

  • Ugh everyone makes that mistake! Antibiotics aren't used on viruses.

  • Amazing! Our evil ingenious plan can outlast us when we are gone. So, think carefully before we start.

  • I want this book.

  • THIS is amazing. :D

  • E.M.P

  • this is.. amazing!

  • Haha, this video makes it seem like a joke, but this could definitely happen. Self-replicating nanobots are probably a long way off (if at all) because this is a possible scenario if it got out of hand.

  • NANO FTAGN

  • I want that book :P

  • Fake....

  • @BlubbethFilms Are you 5? Of course its fake. It was just a video. An animation. The creator was having a joke. You think its possible to take over the world. Even hitler couldn't.

  • @tennis4jabba I was imitating a person that always says fake, when it's obviously fake. Haha sorry for not saying i was being sarcastic.

  • Can you tell me wich programs you use to make the animations and the book.. cinema 4d studio??

    PLease?

  • this is even better than jimmy neutron

  • I am seriously scared now, plz let there be no-one crazy enough...

  • @kitkatorange444 I'm preeeety sure that thanks to the laws of thermodynamics this is impossible. Still might not sleep tonight though....

  • They would have eaten him, as a carbon based lifeform.

  • DUDE I CAME FROM THE DESERT VIDEO THATS GOOD TO BUT SHIT THIS IS GOLD, I TELL YOU, GGGOOOOOLLLLDDD!!!!!!

  • I feel like there should have been a "Sponsored by Aperture Science" sign in there somewhere :-P

  • this should be a show on tv xD

  • get off your lazy ass XD

  • This is a funny video, but thermodynamics wouldn't allow for this to happen.

  • Lets argue about how unrealistic a

    joke video is.

  • This should be on tv ;)

  • 0:05 antibiotics resistant super virus. all viruses are uneffected by antibiotics. Antibiotics are for bacterial infections.

  • @pwnagemuffinz That's why anybody can do it. Noob.

  • Well I call bollocks on this video. What do these bots run on? There is no such thing as infinite energy folks.

  • @NastyN8k sunlight, their own motion and bioelectricity or orgone, in that order, heat cold, whatever, you couldnt feel them enter the pores of your skin in 2003. the discoverer of orgone died in prison

  • Let x represent the number of hours the swarm has been loose.

The video says the bot replicates itself 4 times an hour (every 15 minutes)

Therefore the amount of bots increases by 4 powers of 2 every hour.

This means we can define the amount of bots with the equation:

     b=2^(4x)

If we plug in 10 hours for x we get 1.09 trillion for the amount of bots, way more than 68 billion!

  • Grassy sent me here ^^.

  • I like how he had butt hair in the beginning

  • Keep pressing 5

  • Grassy!

  • HowCast lol

  • I come from Grassy :)

  • You should definitely make more of these. Haha. This was so great.

  • This is so weird.

  • MOAR

  • Am I the only person that noticed there are only 5 steps, not 6?

  • @Iplywittrees 1. Access to facility, 2. money, 3. be evil, 4. cackle, 5. reprogram bots, 6. run like hell

  • I think hitler read this book.

  • heh hehehehehehhe

  • Well wouldnt cover the earth would just occupy as much as carbon did if they feed off of it

  • mwhahahaha six i can do it in 3

  • mwhahahaha

  • antiobiotics only work against bacteria, so every virus is a antibiotic resistant super virus

  • Amazing!

  • why dont they create things that enhance life?

  • have any seen the movie "The Day The Earth Stood Still"? has the same case.

  • Scary!

  • I WANT MORE!

  • Love it :]

  • is this a pharmaceutical ad ? ha ha ha side effects of nanotechnogy ? they said nanotech can cure cancer and other disease in the future.... :> )

  • looks a bit like sims

  • This is the greatest film I have ever seen in my entire life.

  • @jessesainthimmel same and i was high when i watched it!!!

  • Wtf. I didn't know liking Heavy Metal was a sign of evil. I am much more evil than I thought I was.

  • I like step 5

  • great video, make more be amazing videso!!

  • This could be happening in the Golf of Mexico right now.

  • ...wir sind die Roboter ....wir sind die Roboter.... wir sind die Robotor ....

  • okay, AWESOME!! >8DDDD

  • I read somewhere that the grey goo scenario is a bit ridiculous thermodynamicically, and that if it were possible bacteria would have likely pulled it off already, but who knows.

  • @gorf566 I'm pretty sure that's only on a large (like, > galaxy-wide) scale.

  • @telanis9 Are you saying that the grey goo scenario might be possible on a smaller scale?

  • MORE!!!

    MORE!!!

    MORE!!!

  • jrj4u.com

  • This is really Amazing I'm actually studying Nanotechnology and the first time i read about this scenario was in a book named "Engines of Creation" by Eric Drexler.

    I've already completed step 1 lol !!!

  • did you make this? its amazing!

  • all viruses are antibiotic resistant

  • need moar

  • what is that song call? from 1:34 to 1:53

  • 5:39 thats real miniacal laugh XD

  • "welcome to mac nanos" ... - later... "consider your health" -chomp, funny as hell!

  • The world being taken over by nano bots will never work even if everything in this lesson goes accordingly... Why? Ask me and ill tell you! :D

  • @manatyson why?

  • @racoonknux49 We have emp'... if anything like that happened we would just bomb the mini bastards n fry their sirquits with little to no human casualties

  • lol i loved it! you did AMAZINGLY well!

  • Why did he need the cash if he was just going to become a homeless janitor who sneaks in and messes with the equipment?

  • This is serious, yet funny, yet informative.

I loved every second of it. <3

  • that was cool

  • now that was six minutes forteen seconds of my life worth spending. That videos was amazing! Fact.

  • Um. Where can I find that book in the intro?

  • lmao so random

  • The Earth doesn't technically weigh anything. It does however have considerable mass. Funny stuff though

  • NEW YOUTUBE suckss.. everything is soo damn complicated!!!!!

    amazing vid!

  • great education vid

  • We need more episodes of these.

  • LOL at 3:18

  • touching piece!

    haha

  • maniacally!

  • That's the "Gray Goo" scenario, but you never used the term...and it's such a good one!

  • actually, if you look closely, the red box in the lab says "REMEMBER: ONLY YOU CAN PREVENT GRAY GOO. NEVER RELEASE NANOBOT ASSEMBLERS WITHOUT REPLICATION LIMITING CODE."

  • @SteveHoweIsKing lol thats smokey the nanobot you can actually buy shirts with that sign on them.

  • now thats amazing!

  • like human population and their resource consumption

  • o.o that real o.o

  • love the end. Fancy meeting u here. LOL with lightning

  • LOL. Nanotechnology is a very new and extremely advanced field of science. We have enough knowledge on it to not screw up completely like that, and believe me, some random guy isn't getting in to an advanced nanotechnology facility.

  • @animewatcher5 my bumhole is in one right now ...

    spreading brown goo

  • G-A-M-E O-V-E-R :S

  • technology doesnt destroy civilization. people, destroy civilization. hates, destroy civilization. so be a good person, give a smile to whoever you meet.

  • @knight24474 people use technology to destroy civilization :)

  • i liked the diagram showing how to get off your ass, i cracked up for so long 5/5

  • This is the single greatest video on Youtube.

    Fact.

  • Agreed

  • some fool is gonna try this (yeah right)...

  • Awesome.

  • Thanks, man. You've given me hope for the future.

  • Are there any more of these?

  • amazing animation .. bravo

  • mehmehmeh SHADDAP

  • you are absolutly right. that was a huge mistake!

  • What? You mean there may be a flaw in this otherwise perfect plan for world domination?

    Well I never.

  • RISE RISEEEEEEE!

  • There is, in fact. Ray Kurzweil dubbed it the "gray goo scenario."

  • @ransriggs I thought it was Eric Drexler who first mentioned the gray goo scenario. i may be wrong though.

  • @ransriggs gunnm had its nice share of gray goo and nanofuck in its story. nice to know of ray kurzweil now, thanks :D . probably it will look boring though.

  • lmfao @ kitten killing.

    someone masturbated...

  • you know whats odd? he gets a billion gazilion dollars, and yet he becomes a bum looking for money!

  • many people who win the lottery suffer similar fates of homelessness, bankruptcy, substance abuse, and depression.

  • His whore of a wife took all his money.

  • Don't be shy. This is the fun part!

    MUA HA HA HA HA

  • Your Mom's amazing

  • That's a pretty sweet short film. Props...

  • haha that was awesome in a sick and twisted way

  • that reminded me of jimmy neutron

  • great vid

  • lol im only joking only wanted to know if my theory would work

  • Not trying to kill the funny 5 steps instead of 6 steps thing but pause around 3:25 and read what's above the picture. That seems to be step five. I think they messed up the numbering of the steps but left it in for fun.

  • Woutrt, this is supposed to make fun of the end of the world. It isn't really a guide to seriously end civilization. Lighten up a little.

  • olololol

  • wow hahaha

  • Only losers use the bus XD

  • And i know where and now the time is ticking, ticking to your doom

    MUAHHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

  • Hah I really now the best way to destroy the world and it isnt a joke

you guys ever heared about a guy named Nikola Tesla? Well in the year 1898 he was testing out the resonation ofthe earth and if you dont know what that is, go search for it. Anyway with an oscillator he tried to let the earth tremble and wow he destroyed an entire New York district. Later he found out that with a bigger oscillator and more time someone could let the earth split in half. You only have to know where to do it

  • You can't split the earth in half. Gravity would hold it together. Nikola Tesla was a genius, I give him that, but he made a shitload of outrageous claims in his later years.

  • excellent work!

  • wish i could make vids like this

  • ransriggs: My sincerest thanks for uploading this video! And ScarcticCG: While it's not a parody of any one work, it seems to be a pastiche of educational films from the mid-20th century, as well as books from that period of time.

  • I've never laughed so hard at doomsday. Is this a parody of something?

  • reminds me of this trippy animated movie i saw when i was high. its calld dream state or some shit

  • "Fancy meeting you here, MUHAHAHAHAH! [with a corncob pipe]" lol

  • Actually any virus is antibiotic resistant, in fact an antibiotic is only good for bacterial infection. As far as viruses go, we have only vaccinations, once you get it you're done for.

  • Ignorance is bliss, whaib87.

    Some antibiotics are also antiviral.

  • Motion capture technology.

They shot it in real life then animated it based on the raw footage.

  • Actually, motion capture is an actor in a lycra suit covered with reflective dots, the motion of which is captured by an array of infrared cameras and ends up in Maya as a skeletal-looking bunch of dots in space. We didn't have face capture, so that stuff was all done by hand in Maya.

  • Just wonderful!

  • Would you like carbon with that?

    LOL

  • that was one of the most amazing things ive ever seen! it grabbed my head, pulled it down, and raped me in the ear!!! yeah, it was that awesome.

  • It may be amazing - but it's also impossible. Though, if someone accomplished this, it would be truly amazing.

  • awesome

  • In the book it says "In just six amazing steps..". There were only 5 steps ^^

  • Great video dude, freakin halarious

Though I really like the Be Amazing song. Is there a full version of it?

  • Nope! It was written just for this video.

  • ? you can reply yourself???

  • Yes, you can indeed.

See, you learn something new every day.

  • Wow, great animating, I like the end especially.

  • "Now get off your ass already. Nothing good has be accomplished by sitting in a chair, except FDR."

  • Lmfao this is fucking hilarious

    stupid, because it wouldnt happen

    but brilliant

  • That is AMAZING

  • lol this is no joke

  • they should make more like this

  • Step 5 is awesome!

  • lol, that guy runs like a retard.

  • The theme song is SO CATCHY.
