  • That guy has some hairy arms.

  • when doctors attack, and i am here because one flew over the cuckoos nest and frances framer, fuck sucker punch.

  • I have a question: in suckerpunch babydoll had this done to her but what happen to her did she lose her memory ? Is she numb?

  • In Oslo, Norway, is a MASSGRAVE, at Ris grave yard; where the Norwegian government experimented on with LOGOTOMY, and those who died instantely were flung in to the mass grave, UNNAMED!! This has been eagerly hidden by the Norwegian government till, - THE INTERNET CAME ALONG, now there is now way for those STATE SADISTS to hide it no more... Frida in the supergroup in Sweden, could have ended in that grave; since she is a GERMAN SOLDIER'S DAUGHETER!!

  • Ah so it was the english speakers the germans learn these fine methods from lobotomy, electric shock therapy and all other things which give anglos the wood.

  • would love to see my ex wife get one then she couldn't think of new evil

  • You think this is bad you should see how they treated mental illness of a serious nature in the Middle Ages and during the Renaissance. Truly monstrous, the early, rarely scientific history of modern medicine.

  • Holy christ this man was a monster.

  • "Scientist: Freeman you Fool!!"

  • ...including a four year old?

  • @M00nDanCR no, freeman uses a shotgun

  • he is sucker punch's high roller :S

  • stupid doctor.. son of bich

  • Sucker Punch.

  • after shutter island and sucker punch... i dont think my life will ever be the same

  • no, shutter island brought me here LOL

  • creepy shit!!!!

  • Shutter Island brought me here

  • The onlyest successful lobotomy was here in Quebec by conscienscious doctor...who think about well being patients..exemple Dame Alys Roby

  • Read "My Lobotomy" by Howard Dully. He is on of those children under 18 to receive a lobotomy from freeman.. Its an amazing true story, its an autobiography.

  • RIP Baby Doll

  • sucker punch brought me here :(

  • I bet the ice picks smell weird.

  • 0:50 ... what??

  • is this legal?

  • @JerryifyMe Not anymore

  • Thumbs up if sucker punch brought you here.

  • They don't do this shit anymore

  • @sred14 Yes, they do in a modified form. In Belgium, 70 lobotomy-ish surgeries were done in 2001, and 5 in France the same year.

  • this is worse than nazi stuff, they basically disable the connections in the brain and turn people into mindless zombies

  • thumbs up if shutter island brought you here xD...

  • Such arrogance and hubris.

This guys education far surpasses his actual level of intelligence.

  • Lobotomy is a fucking disgusting practice. I see it no different to murder

  • Lol same here

  • this is so disturbing! i was watching the movie sucker punch and was curious to find out what a lobotomy was. my god, he lobotomized children?!! horrible practice!

  • Sick bastard. he was a butcher; wouldnt suprise me if he went to Hell

  • @veeseee128 Assuming the Christian version of hell actually exists.

  • why would you even want to have a lobotomy?

i dont understand, someone explain to me please :)

  • @farrahBabie I don't think they had a choice. Back then, mental patients weren't really treated well.

  • @viewtifuldee

    They still aren't.

  • the man was obviously a psychopath and a sadist.

  • he's the 20's or 30's doctor of the human centipede. i thought this was really sadistic and gross.

  • Franklin Freeman if you read this, be assured - your father was concentrated human filth.

  • Thumbs up if you keep pausing at 0:21 to try and see the still image

  • @Bears85yemi HOW ABOUT NO.

  • just cruel. i would prefer death

  • hi, im workin on a new song. whos permission do i need to get to use audio vocal clips from this video. im only lookin to use 3 or 4 short clips. the songs called labotomized. its in no way offensive.

  • Nowadays Dr. Freeman perform lobotomies with a crowbar instead of ice picks

  • @M00nDanCR hahahahahahaha halflife

  • Followup ...the good doctor has been burning in hell since 1972.

  • FUCKFUCKFUCKFUCK

  • Absolutely fucked up...

  • At the time they didn't know better. I don't think it's a very fair procedure though. It changed the WHOLE personality of a person sometimes, that's just like raping somebodys soul, isnt it? :|

But, like i said... at the time they didn't know. :/

  • Now I know what lobotomy is. First heard it in Green Day's song Before the lobotomy and now the word gives me chills

  • I'm here because of sucker punch also. I was allways curious about labotomies and its a scary thing. To take someones soul away basically is just disturbing and should have never been invented!!!

  • Horrifying, just horrifying. Especially in light of what just had ended in Germany in 1945, the year this mad first began his campaign of mutilation. I often wonder what medical procedures, that are commonplace now, will cause people to recoil in horror fifty or one hundred years from now.

  • @trancifiery I perform lobotomy to retards and CP is a disease that is unacceptable to a society where it only stops and holds genious humans from doing even better. ehe ehe

  • was ein hurensohn

  • I wonder if they still do this in extreme cases

  • @cbohar84 they better not. they just have pills to do that.

  • i got the weird man with glowing eyes... i1196 . photobucket . com / albums / aa420 / waczwelewski / weird.png ...remove the spaces

  • As long as we believe that our whole life can change by just changing one part of the body these disgusting things will always happen.

  • OMG! This is scarier than when I read the wikipedia article.

  • Jack down there has a point, ladies & gents.

Its easy to criticize work in the earlier days, but remember back then there were no drugs or therapies that worked for everyone. But the problems were still ever present.

Today, we think we're humane, yet when we look at the damage that medical drugs cause to our brains, its almost just as bad.

Someday people will look down at our 'barbaric' practises the same way.

  • Idiot Freeman

  • Rise and shine Dr. Freeman... rise...and shine.

  • @ 0:21 there is a man with beard, moustache and glasses starring at someone!

  • You lot obviously don't know much about psychology and psychosurgery. A lobotomy was performed on patients with mental illness' to control aggressive behaviour. A sharp intsrument was inserted through the eye socket and lying at the front of the brain is the prefrontal cortex that the sharp object was to damage slightly to reduce the aggressive behaviour. They didn't do it for fun or pleasure. They believed in the 40s and 50s that this method helped.

  • @Flannymcdimes sick fuck

  • Sick doctors..

  • i wish that they still did it i would get one

  • @Skitzopsychorpv I know, I'd get one as well

  • How fucking bad of a parent can you be. My 4 year old's misbehaving and I'm too bad of a parent to deal with it, hmmmm, I know! I'll drive a spike through there brain!

  • Scary but interesting video, but what is with the hidden flash images in film. example 0:21 just as he says fast, image of a guy with glowing eyes comes up.

  • @thordwolf Good catch. I did not notice it before reading your comment. I wonder who inserted it and why.

  • @thordwolf I wouldn't have noticed that! thats just creepy.

  • @thordwolf maybe edition fail? this video is from a documentary anti-psychiatry created by Scientologists

  • @Gandalf17 If thats true could we get more information on the unedited version? Im not a follower of ziontology and would like to learn the origins of this video. Maybe we could then inform others about the cutting involved.

  • @thordwolf

    o.o

  • @thordwolf why do they do that in this video?

  • @thordwolf It's actually a man wearing glasses. It's just light reflecting from them.

  • @thordwolf

It shows (as I presume) Walter Freeman II himself. The glowing is a reflection of light in his glasses.

  • @goofycker probably a failure in cutting, rather not a subliminal message

  • @thordwolf can you by any chance know where more of these messages are?

  • ok why i still dont get this, what does this lobotomy cure or help with?

  • @Fyeagass16 Its for people who have several mental disorders like Bi polar disorders, and ADHD and several others. Basically a lobotomy is known as a quick cure for these disorders.I believe its horrendous because several patients had ended becoming vegetables because of this, and patients who don't turned in to vegetables sometimes describe it that it feel as if they had lost their soul and in some cases they end up suffering of depression.

  • What if practices that are accepted by society today such as chemotherapy turn out to become viewed just as horribly?

    just something to think about

  • @Gooddavi what is the alternative to chemotherapy? It actually helps many people have their cancer go into remission thou the effects are horrible

  • Makes perfect sense doesn't it everyone? If your depressed or unhapped with your lot, let someone hammer a spike into your brain, risking severed nerves and irreparable brain damage, and what in the world is with the son at the beginning? He is about to burst into laughter, did his father perhaps experiment on him first? I'm staggered at this sadist torturing people in the name of science and medicine.

  • The very idea of what he did gives me the chills!

  • sick phuck

  • he's not a doctor, he's a monster!

  • Dont understand purpose at all...

  • Good ole' fashioned medicine...

  • *Does nothing good for you

  • I got here because of Suckerpunch, lol.

From what I've seen from the film, it dies nothing good for you. It pretty much wipes your memory; you don't remember anything, if someone said something to you, you'd forget what they said a second later.

To me, what Dr.Freeman discovered and performed was not right, I can't see how this would help a patient, even if he/she may of been suffering Depression.

  • @PriincessPeachx lol Im also here because of Sucker Punch. This procedure is horrible. Is this still practiced in the U.S?

  • @tasteslikecandyy Haha x3

I'm not sure, I don't live or come from the USA, but I believe they stopped this procedure. They sometimes use it in extreme cases, I think, but in my opinion, it's still not right. :I

  • @tasteslikecandyy Obviously not. It's barbaric and ineffective. It doesn't do anything but mess people up.

  • I really don't understand this procedure at all.

Who in their right mind would think "Hey, lets hammer a spike into someones brain and wiggle it around, that'll make them better!"

Freeman was a piece of shit as far as I'm concerned.

  • i dont understand what this did, if my research is correct (and by research i mean watching sucker punch) this basically wrecks your thought process, or memory. From what ive actually learned in school.. some people have come out perfectly fine?

  • lol nowadays exctacy destroys the front part of ure brain

  • dr freeman:))) lol what a coincidence i'm here because sucker punch

  • Another of the "tribe" exposed.

  • shutter island?

  • DR FREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEMMMMMMMMMMMMAAAAAAAANNNNNNN (half life 2)

  • this is scary. i wonder if it actually really works

  • @skylightskedaddle not really because it just destroies the front part of your brain which controls your personality

  • why would you even bother living after this?

  • How on gods earth is this right???

  • I'm not sure that I will sleep after have seen this...

  • how could you do that to someone?

  • one of the sad chapters in science history

  • id slaughter this bastard were he still alive

  • Oh Man, I don't think I can finish watching this!

  • i remember learning about this in Psych once. Deplorable man. Even though there were heaps of evidence that lobotomies did more harm than good, he'd still push his own agenda, moving to a new city when his local peers began to suspect that he was causing irreparable damage. The vast majority of his patients wound up in a catatonic state, unable to move or speak. But he didn't care, he'd just spread his lies that the procedure would leave you as a calm, normal, functioning member of society.

  • bowie knife

  • resurrect him and then torture him!

  • @dkkoover hes being tortured in hell

  • japierdole

  • Shutter Island made me look this up!

  • @russian007royal me too

  • If this Man were alive I would ram his icepick through his skull

  • THIS IS THE HORROR BEHIND YOUR OWN DOORS.

  • ouch, now i feel my upper eye socket hurts.

  • hellish

  • @mysteryDnB im watchin too many horror-thriller-psychiatric films , and see .. where i am .. on this page ... omg...

    very very hellish, however interest...

  • They have a very broad definition of "metal disorder" while the person with the real disorders ramming ICE PICKS in people's heads. Being sad is as much a disorder as being to happy.

  • I am in NO WAY defending this man. This is absolutely ATROCIOUS. But you guys need to understand that this way the way they treated people with mental illnesses back then. They used to whip them, cut part of their intestines out. Now treatment is more humane.

  • kto z onetu łapki w gó®ę

  • He himself and his staff suffered from the lack of empathy. Such unpeople should be isolated from the rest of the society. If they were left alone they would built hell on earth.

  • @krokeman They are cut off and hell is already here. It just hasn't reached your doorstep yet.

  • fuckin idiot

  • straszne....

  • now my eyelids hurt

  • those men should go to JAIL!

  • This is what happens when psychopaths get into medicine.

  • Just Awful! he gave them glasses to cover the black eyes he gave them after HAMMERING an ICEPICK!!! into a persons BRAIN!!! that's sick!! And only AFTER someone died the hospital was like "Oh, this is bad?" I mean really?? he did it to a four year old!!! And it's still done today!? That's horrifying!

  • @13llama17 Yeah. Sweden is the only country in Scandinavia that still uses lobotomy - but it's extremely rare. Only used when nothing else has had any effect at all. But it's not done this barbaric way - but the very procedure is barbaric...

  • @13llama17 Someone should go back in time and give him an arrow to the knee.

  • @13llama17

i know, a birth related mental illness is bad enough (my friend's brother is mentally challenged), but to go from normal to handicapped is just *shudder*

  • @13llama17 They are doing it to us VIA flouride....

  • how horrible.. unbelievable... evil!!!

  • I just read an article about this... Sick, unbelieveable...

  • Lobotomy should be banned. -- thats my personal view !

  • This man was an evil eugenicist. May he rott in hell.

  • Hearkens back to the time when public health was controlled by the pro-eugenics faction of American science.

  • One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest?? anybody..? no? ok. :[

  • @XDpeaceout Oh I know that book!!! James Hetfield read it and thus the song Welcome Home Sanitarium was born!!!!!!

  • @XDpeaceout I came here right after I finished watching the movie

  • @XDpeaceout I don't remember any lobotomy scene in the film you mention it!

  • @Samyaza69

in the end when big chief tries to talk with Jack Nicholson he noticed two cut marks precisely over the forehead, and front hair of jack were trimmed off,

it was infamous Lobotomy procedure, Infamous because at that time Doctors practiced that procedure to get rid of troublesome patients, or just to ease themselves up.

  • This PURE EVIL guised as science.....:(
