This kid is good and really special but he needs to watch out on the punt returns! Hes got guts but if he doesn't start calling fair catches hes gonna get hurt.
Packers fans be prepared to be amazed by Randall Cobb. The young man is truly something special. If you need a play Randall Cobb WILL make it. The BBN will truly miss him.
@Air17JordanBaller23 on his first nfl game ever i expect great things out of this guy its nice to finally have someone whos better than good on special teams.
Jones re-signed today. Interesting to see who the 2nd 3rd 4th receivers will be behind Jennings. I think Driver could drop to #3. I read his injury in the SB was more serious than initally thought.
It will be hard to keep Cobb off the field. Maybe they will go to 5 WR set a few times...LOL! I'd like to see that against Bears & Vikes.
@leocat99 Technically there is two starting WRs. Jennings and Driver are the starters, where Jones backs up Jennings and Nelson backs up Driver. Randall Cobb swings between 3rd strings on both sides, so he definately gets playing time at one point or another.
@Air17JordanBaller23 - I see them starting to phase Driver out already. I think this will be Driver's last year, making his exit as the all time receptions leader in Packer history. I see RC getting one to three catches a game this year, and next year his role expanding with Driver retiring. So much receiving talent on the team...
@leocat99 I have a feeling he won't retire although he kind of needs to. The Packers are usually loyal to players like Driver so he'd get playing time, but we have way to much talent for him to maintain his role. I also wouldn't mind seeing a trade with one of our WR for a high draft pick. Our OL needs help bad. A new CB to take Woodson's reigns with Tramon Williams wouldn't hurt. A DE is also a position of concern.
@Air17JordanBaller23 I'm not sure we are in that bad of shape on the O-line Sitton-Wells-Bulaga are going to be around for a while Newhouse is showing improvement and sherod is a first round pick waiting for his time and learning the fine points of the offense, no worries there. D-line we could use a middle round pick just on a bigger body if Mike Neal cannot get back and stay healthy. I completely agree that a CB is needed though I am liking Jarett Bush more and more he gives100% on every play.
@TheRestoexpress Jarrett He has really shown up this year following up his fine performance in the super bowl. I really like our team. Our defense is looking rock solid, and its nice to see Matthews doing good after the monday night vikings game. I have a good feeling about the BUcs game.
@aaronpackers ...wow such a bold prediction especially 5 months ago -.- a lot of people thought James Jones was gone too, he isnt going to get to many chances as a reciever until Donald Driver retires or is asked to become a coach with the packers, then he will be the 4th WR and at that point he will still have a lot of compatition for playing time or even getting the ball when he does get a chance to play. If he proves he can function within the offense he will be very affordable for the pack.
Von Miller did a faster 40 time than him. Doesnt make any sense

I think he needs to gt a little sharper on his route-running and a little less awkward when running. When he does that he's gonna be great.
