ok... so i read "Curly Hairstyle Tips & Maintenance" and half the video is about relaxers and how you can get rid of the curl.

Then at the end she seems to remember what the video was about and says "there's a lot of hairstyling options", NONE of those, she mentions. I totally see why the model was angry.
