They r the MTA police A.K.A Maryland Transit Police in the video. the Maryland Transit Authority is a seperate entity and covers the state, and all state transit related issues, ie. wieght stations, toll booths, road construction safety. The Maryland Transit Police covers MTA Maryland buses, trains, bus stops, and stations.
Transportation Authority covers the toll booths. They're there on 95 pretty much all the time and probably won't be responding to anything in the city. This was Maryland Transit. Similar to Metro Transit in DC, VA and parts of MD. PG County I think.
hahah, this video makes it seem that way dosent it, they were FLYING, litterally, two of them flew up the railroad tracks at like 50, this is a city so thats pretty fast,
its not transit authority, its maryland transit administration police. MDTA is the authority police... just saying :)
